a ver...,cuando inicies retroarch,en la pantalla inicial en la que dices que te pone filebrowser,pulsa select y ves pulsando el R1 hasta llegar a la pestaña RETRO ahí elige el core/emulador a cargar (en default libretro core),reinicia el retroarch y ahora busca roms del core/emulador elegido anteriormente,para cargar roms de emuladores que sean descomprimidas exceptuando FBA.

All bios files need to be placed in /dev_hdd0/game/SSNE10000/USRDIR/cores/system/
For Sega CD the bios files must be named **EXACTLY** like listed below European BIOS bios_CD_E.bin,Japanese BIOS bios_CD_J.bin,USA BIOS bios_CD_U.bin
el juego/s tiene que estar en formato bin/cue,vamos lo que es un dumpeo del CD original sin ripeo ni historias,desde el emulador ejecuta siempre el .cue

Enabling Neo-Geo Universe Bios (Uni-Bios)
Enabling the option will load Neo-Geo games with these BIOS instead of the standard ones. You must make sure to have the proper "neogeo.zip" from MAME v0.149 romset.
What's the difference you might ask? Everything!, Uni-Bios allow you to do so many things, for example:
- Choose System Region (USA, JAPAN, EURO)
- Choose Console type (ARCADE / CONSOLE)
- Enable game cheats for every game! on the fly!
- SFX / BGM Jukebox
- More!
Neo-Geo Universe Bios (Uni-Bios) as described at the official website:
The UNIVERSE BIOS is for owners of MVS or AES hardware that want an easy way to change country region or between Arcade or Console mode on boot. Also included are other features that are not possible using the standard MVS bios.
The UNIVERSE BIOS is also designed to give easy access to things like inserting coins, test mode and memory card management when using the joystick ports only. Of course the BIOS still allows standard operation too.

Information:
As a dev from the official FB Alpha Team, FB Alpha RL was made with a objective in mind, to keep the original experience from the official FB Alpha (for Windows OS) on the PS3 system.
Even when I don't know how to implement a fancy GUI for the PS3 system with textures and all the complicated stuff, I managed to use my previous application core (gamePKG core) to create this nice frontend for RetroArch's FB Alpha core.
I know that RetroArch is already a frontend, but I like to keep things simple and straight to the point.
Please, read the technical info for more details.
Technical Info:
Signed for CFW 3.40 / 4.XX (should work for everyone). Tested @ 1080p resolution via HDMI.
FB Alpha RL uses a custom "burn_drivers.h" header file that was generated by modifying the official windows version of FB Alpha with a routine to generate such file on launch.
The header have a big structure with all the information for all supported drivers in FB Alpha v0.2.97.28. Information such as:
Romset Name (Ex. kof2002)
Parent ROM (Ex. sf2)
Year
Manufacturer (Ex. Capcom)
System (Ex. Neo Geo)
Max players
Game Screen Resolution
Game Screen Aspect Ratio
Future release will have a custom generated header with all the ROM information as well, so the application will be able to verify every romset with precise CRC32 checks (as in the official FB Alpha for Windows).
FB Alpha RL will scan the following directories for ZIP files:

NOTE: You don't need the official RetroArch installed, this already has my own modified build incorporated into FB Alpha RL installation directory. So you can safely install the official RetroArch and it won't interfere.

Use UP and DOWN to select Games.
Press (X) to Load the selected Game.
Press (O) to Quit and return to XMB.
Press [SELECT] to Load "RetroArch" (FB Alpha Core).

algunos juegos no rulan bién todavía,hay que esperarse a que saquen nuevos updates con correciones de errores,por cierto,para bugs teneis un repositorio para reportar errores.

Me carga perfectamente en 4.30 Rogeiro, pero las roms no me las encuentra.
Yo las tengo en un disco duro externo y he seleccionado en ROMs PATH #1 la ruta dev_usb000/ROMS/FBANEXT , que es donde tengo las ROMS del FBA NEXT y que reconoce sin problemas, pero este FB Alpha Retro Loader no las coge y no entiendo qué hago mal.
Seguramente si las metiera en una de las rutas predeterminadas del programa funcionaría bien, pero no quiero tenerlas duplicadas y ocupando espacio si puedo evitarlo.

las bios en retroarch van en dev_hdd0:/game/SSNE10000/USRDIR/cores/system/
y en FB Alpha RL (Retro Loader) van en dev_hdd0:/game/FBAL00123/USRDIR/cores/system/

no exactamente,puedes tener instalado el FB Alpha RL y prescindir del retroarch,FB Alpha RL está basado en retroarch pero es un emulador independiente...
