En resumidas cuentas, que si les respondia al email que me habian enviado con la frase "FREE GAME!" me mandaban una clave de Scourge: Outbreak por ser propietario del anterior titulo.
Yo les he contestado todo y no tener el juego anterior y me han mandado la key del juego al cabo de una hora.
Os lo digo por si teneis el mismo mail o por si quereis intentarlo aun si que os haya llegado.

Para los que no le funciona, os explico como lo hago yo:

-tengo mi Chrome abierto con EOL o las webs que sean, no me ha afectado para nada
-uso la extension HOLA! para el navegador obviamente
-borro historial y demas
-abro pestaña, abro shop.ubi.com y en el icono del hola, selecciono ucrania
-me carga la web normal
nota: la web exacta que me carga es: http://shop.ubi.com/store/ubiemea/ru_RU ... rrency.UAH
-selecciono juego/juegos, los añado al carro y valido
-y en la pagina de selccionar cuenta, desactivo el HOLA!, uso mi cuenta normal y corriente y mis datos de Visa
-la primera vez me dice que hay problemas de region, clicko otra vez y voila! JUEGO COMPRADO y clave a la vista
-esa misma clave en steam (en mi caso eran el season de batman origins y el injustice ultimate) y todo perfecto

Espero que os acabe funcionando porque es raro que a unos si y a otros no....

49.75 si,porque el codigo 10thanks me lo rechaza,por paypal no he visto la opcion solo visa y webmoney y si,se puede activar en steam sin problemas.Lo acabo de comprobar por mi mismo xD
