Ja, ja...

Y ya salieron los 16.9.2. No tiene muchos cambios me parece por lo que quiza puedan pasar de ella si es que ya tienen la 19.9.1. Si presentan algunos de los problemas conocidos en los 16.9.1 pues ni que decir, a instalar: Bloqueos en FireFox al reproducir video, problemas con windows 10 version de aniversario o quedarse sin audio en windows 10 despues de 'despertar' el sistema tras un periodo de inactividad.

Desinstalados con DDU y pasado CCleaner, porque tengo un proyector 4k conectado a mi Asus RX 480 8gb. Sin drivers, el proyector esta a la resolucion 1080p o la que le diga sin problemas, es instalar estos drivers, y se pone automaticamente en 4k, y no hay manera ni de cambiar resolucion, ni de modificar el nada como el pixel color.

Me dice en notificaciones: "Radeon settings detecto la presencia de uno o varios paneles con PPP altos conectados al sistema. "

No se que quiere decir porque solo tengo conectado el proyector...sin drivers funciona, con drivers lo mencionado arriba.

Pd,; ya hablo desde el desespero como sabe TRASTARO, si sigo con estos problemas tan "grandes" como no poder cambiar de resolucion...vendo Asus RX480 8gb con 0 uso [enfado1]
Nuevos controladores Crimson, aun no son oficiales con la certificacion de microsoft, asi que podriamos decir que son beta.

Crimson 16.10.1, lo destacable es el soporte mejorado a GoW4 y Mafia III, y perfiles CrossFire D3D11 para Shadow Warrior 2. Correccion de problemas en DEUS EX: Mankind Divided, en Battlefield 1, correciones en WATTMAN y OverWatch, asi que esa parte es importante de ver.

Segun WCCF Tech RTG|AMD dejara de desarrollar el software 'Gaming Evolved APP' proximamente. Este software esta basado en el programa RAPTR, y que era la respuesta al 'GeForce Experience APP' de nvidia. 'Gaming Evolved APP' permite hacer capturas de video del juego, transmision en streaming y buscar configuraciones optimizadas para los juegos instalados.

Asi que para los nuevos controladores Crimson oficiales ya no veremos en las opciones de instalacion este programa 'Gaming Evolved APP'.

Algunas correcciones para la decodificacion de video h264, soporte optimizado en D3D12 para el juego de Civilization VI y correccion para la radeon fury en el juego Titanfall 2. Lo primordial para la mayoria seria actualizar solo por el problema corregido en el video h264.

Ademas encontramos un nuevo asistente de instalacionpara windows 10|8|7, se agrega el soporte de varias de estas tecnologias a su hardware anterior GCN, asi como FreeSync mejorado, con estos desde la serie Radeon 200 y 300 ya pueden usar algunas funiones antes solo exclusivas de la serie Radeon 400 [RX 460/470/480], con esto ahora, por ejemplo, el software WATTMAN se puede usar en las radeon R7 260 o las R7 360, cosa que antes no se podia.

Algo de lo nuevo es la funcion Rdeon Chill, la cual es un nuevo sistema de manejo en el ahorro de energia, reduciendo con ello el calor. Este sistema balancea la relacion Velocidad_de _Cuadro>Gasto_energetico. Con lo que de manera dinamica administra la generacion de cuadros [frame rate] contrastado con un perfil de consumo electrico, tratando de tener el menor calor posible, pero sin sacrificar la fluidez [o mejor dicho la sensacion de fluidez]. Algo similar a un Freesync pero contemplando 'nuestra huella ecologica'.

A: Not for the initial public release, however we’re looking into developing its functionalities for future releases.

Q: Does Radeon Chill work with FreeSync?
A: Radeon Chill is an excellent match with a FreeSync capable display.

Q: Does Radeon Chill work with any game?
A: No, currently Radeon Chill only works for a set of games that have been tested by AMD.

Q: Does Radeon Chill replace FRTC?
A: No it currently does not however Radeon Chill does have similar behavior for capping FPS at maximum limits when set per game.

@TRASTARO todas esas mejoras que mencionas los tendre en mi AMD RADEON R5 M335?pregunto porque no tengo la menor idea si las voy a recibir...
Todas las mejoras, obviamente no, porque algunas estaran limitadas por la potencia de computo y grafica del GPU o del iGP mismo y para que uso fue diseñado, por ejemplo, liquidVR seria para GPUs de gama alta y de prferencia en sistemas duales via Crossfirex o que la misma tarjeta tenga dos GPUs montados. De todas maneras si no puedes realizar ciertas actividades, pues funcionalidades referentes a dicha funcion no las extrañaras si las aplica o no a tu procesador grafico radeon.

Pero ahi sera ver que cosas si podra usar tu sistema de video, que dicho esto, debe ser de arquitectura GCN, porque si es anterior a esta, ya entras dentro de lo que llaman LECACY, que son controladores de esas 'viejas' y descontinuadas tarjetas de video, donde se agrega mas que nada compatibilidad para segyuir funcionando en sistemas operativos recientes.

Una pregunta si tengo la version 16.11.15 de la radeon crimson debo primero desinstalar estos drivers e instalar los nuevos drivers Relive de AMD?

Lo pregunto porque en mi laptop con gráfica radeon R5 M335 (2gb) me pide la actualizacion pero al momento de instalarlos me dice que estoy en la ultima version....

Edit:Acabo de desintalarlo con el programa DDU e instale los drivers relive y todo ha ido de maravilla ya los tengo funcionando con los ultimos drivers xDDD
En hora buena.

Precisamente se venia hablando de este error, que parece es cosa del software del panel de control, asi que sera esperar a una actualizacion de estos Crimson ReLieve.

Del Radeon Chill, parece que es que tu video integrado no va con ninguno de los perfiles de esta funcion, seguramente es de gama baja el video integrado que tienes.

Aqui otro review del Radeon Chill de los Crimson ReLive . La prueba la hacen en un escenario de un juego, y se trata de observar la cantidad de frames per second y tiempo que pasa entre frames de la escena segun este el personaje: QUIETO, CORRIENDO y CORRIENDO Y SALTANDO.

Aqui se muestra como cambia el consumo dependiendo de la actividad del personaje, me parece que las barras rojas son con RADEON CHILL activado.

Aqui se muestra la cantidad de Frames per Second para cada situacion, donde se nota que para cuando el personaje no esta haciendo nada [solo de pie], se requiere generar muy pocos frames para la sensacion de fluidez. Sin Chill en pie el personaje sin hacer nada el GPU crea ~60fps, mientras que con Chill activado solo crea ~40fps para la misma escena. Tambien notamos que con Chill activado, cuando no hay mucho movimiento no hay garndes cambios entre los fps minimos, promedio y maximos, mientras que solo cuando hay mucho movimiento y muchos cambios en el escenario es cuando hay una gran variacion de los fps minimos, promedio y maximos.

En estas graficas que siguen, se observa lo que realmente hace Radeon Chill para bajar el consumo electico y generacion de calor. En la grafica anterior notamos que con Chill activado se generan menos cuadros por segundo, pero el controlador para dar una sensacion de suavidad va modificando el tiempo que pasa entre la generacion de cada cuadro.

Con chill activado y el personaje solo de pie, se crean menos cuadros por segundo y ademas se aumenta el tiempo entre la generacion de cada cuadro, asi con chill se genera cada cuadro hsta cada 30ms, mientras que con chill apagado se crea cada cuadro hasta cada 20ms maximo. Entonces el GPU esta trabajando menos.

Cuando hay movimiento moderado, el controlador aumenta la velocidad de los frames por second generados, aunque no hay mucha diferencia entre tener chill activado o no.

Cuando hay una gran cantidad de movimiento, vemos que chill sigue limitando la cantidad de frames per second generados por el GPU y para tratar de dar la apariencia [darnos una sensacion visual] de fluidez [imagen sin brincos o movimientos bruscos], es cuando cambia drasticamente el tiempo entre cada frame. Cuando el movimiento es mucho en la escena, puede crear un frame cada 15ms, pero cuando el movimiento es un poco menor puede crear cada frame cada 27ms

Como no se que valores usar para el watman=overdrive mejor no le muevo nada a mi laptop.
OverDrive existe desde casi siempre, en los Catalyst fue donde aparecio

El WattMan originalmente solo aparece en las ultimas series Radeon, pero en estos ultimos ya aparece en todas las series radeon de arquitectura GCN [desde ekl HD 7xxx al actual RX 4xx]

Asi que parece ser que tu radeon es de arquitecturta anterior al GCN [HD6xxx y anteriores] y por ello no tengas el wattman, asi que dejalo asi como esta.

Si no tienes abierto este programa, obviamente ninguna de las configuraciones que pongas gfuncionan,¿verdad?
Más que nada por el Relive.

El tema es que yo uso TriXX, y claro, si abro el configurador de Radeon, ¿cuál sería el que funcionaría?
Crimson ReLive es tanto el software del panel de control comoel controlador de video en si, asi que no requieres tenerlo abierto para que funcione.

Y hablando de ReLive y supongo por la salida de la noticia [y la guia] de poder modificar la RX 460 para tener mas Stream Processors [SP] y con ello mas poder de renderizado, sale que ReLieve no admite tarjetas de video a las que se les ha modificado el BIOS, que s prcisamente mediante un BIOS hackeado que se pueden tener mas SP de la RX 460.

Gracias por el aviso trastaro ya se arreglo el problema que tenia con los drivers de amd con esta nueva actualizacion solo que lo malo es que no tengo las novedades que han publicado sigo anclado con las viejas novedas de las legacy crimson aun cuando en el apartado de la información del sistema diga Crimson Relive.Solo se me ocurre 2 cosas del porque lo tengo así:

1.-Que mi tarjeta es muy vieja y no puede tener las ultimas novedades aun cuando me lo dieron de regalo nuevo la laptop dell bien selladita en agosto de este año :(

2.-Segün tengo entendido los nuevos drivers Crimson Relive se tienen que actualizar junto con la bios de la maquina para tener las ultimas novedades.

Desde agosto que tengo la laptop y no ha sido actualizado la bios,en la aplicacion de dell sale que hay una actualización de bios...solo que no se lo he instalado por un buen motivo:La ultima vez que instale una bios salio mal y desde entonces no he querido hacerlo.Si voy hacer lo de la bios lo mandare con algun tecnico que tenga experiencia en bios ya que no quiero cagarla por mi mismo.Asi que viendolo por estos motivos dime que me aconsejas hacer @TRASTARO?
No se de donde demonios has sacado que hay que actualizar la BIOS para poder actualizar los drivers de la gráfica @alexei_gp, cuanto menos absurdo.
En la página web de AMD dejan bien claro que ciertas funciones de relive son exclusivas por ahora de la serie 400 y 300 de sobremesa, se espera según dicen que en un futuro salgan al resto de gráficas gcn pero no es seguro. De todos modos te recomiendo hacer una instalación limpia de los driver usando el programa DDU para borrar cualquier rastro de ellos y bajarte los últimos desde aquí

Tampoco entiendo donde leiste o te enteraste de actualizacion del BIOS/UEFI para el soporte de algunas funciones del ReLive, pero, en si las novedades son para la serie Radeon de arquitectura GCN [Radeon HD7000 en adelante], y donde algunas son exclusivas de las ultimas GCN, esto por los circuitos nuevos, por ejemplo, la codificacion a h265 por el GPU, por mencionar alguna.

el GPU que lleva segun leo es GCN, Radeon R5 M335 y esta basado en el GPU TONGA que es de la serie R 300, asi que estaria dentro de algunas de las funciones exclusivas, pero el problema que al ser de gama baja, pues no tendra los circuitos de todas las funciones de la serie R 300.

Como sea, has loque te aconseja Valkyrjur de usar DDU desde el modo a prueba de errores de windows, para limpiar el registro de winodws y cualquier otra basura de configuraciones anteriores, reinicia windows en modo normal e instala de nuevo.

Solo les puedo decir esto tengo mas conocimiento del mundo android que del pc.No tengo idea si la mas remota idea si mi bios es original o modificado o que necesite un update ya que tengo cero conocimientos de las nuevas novedades del hardware de pc.Ahora como ustedes dicen que no necesito update y que no tiene nada que ver con los Relive.Gracias a @valkyrjur y @Trastaro por decirme las partes importantes de mi laptop,asi que no me preocupo por las novedades que vayan a salir ya que no los voy a recibir :( .Sobre DDU me ha salido a la perfeccion y no tengo errores de ningun tipo.

@alexei_gp, pues que bien que no tuviste problemas en la instalacion y se corrigieron los errores. Que bueno tambien que RTG se ha puesto a trabajar y esta cumpliendo lo que prometio cuando se creo este nuevo departamento de AMD para la materia de sus productos graficos, que es lo que veniamos esperando desde hace tiempo: Mejor desempeño, mas funcionalidades y el aprovchamientio REAL de estas.

Y ese comentario sobre el BIOS es en referencia al MOD-BIOS para la RX 460, con la cual se desbloquean SP [procesadores de stream] y con ello aumenta su capacidad de proceso grafico. A esto hay que decir, que ningun fabricante va a venderte una tarjeta con un MOD BIOS, ya que eso es ir en contra de contratos que tengan con los fabricantes del chip grafico y sus tecnologias. Y de igual forma, rara sera la tienda que haga por su cuenta la actualizacion a un MOD-BIOS.

Perece que en los nuevos ReLive vendra la nueva version de FreeSync, que entre sus mejoras esta el mejor soporte para HDR, con mas suavidad de imagen y menor latencia.

Hace poco salio la version certificada de ReLive y ahora sale otra version nueva, donde destaca la optimizacion para el juego Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, la correccion para windows 7 en algunos temas de escritorio, algunas inconsistencias con AMD XConnect [sistema para graficas externas Radeon] y otras inconsistencias en sistemas multiGPU [crossfirex y crossfire hybrid].


Se recomienda mucho usar el software DDU para desinstalar las versiones anteriores de ReLive [Crimson 16.12.x] antes de instalar esta version nueva ReLive [17.1.1]

Disponible la version BETA de Crimson ReLive 17.1.2, son importante es cuanto a una correccion en el manejo de la velocidad de ma VRAM, cuando se usa WattMan, tambien correcion de que algunos programas dejan de funcionar y se detienen inesperadamente cuando emplean la rutina de DX de 64bit. Y algunas correcciones menores para ciertos juegos.

No dejen de ver la seccion de problemas conocidos con esta version BETA.

Se supone que el 17.1.1 es la ultima actualización estable,la beta no cuenta mucho....por cierto posteo imagen en el spoiler que pondre:

Aparecen los Crimson ReLive 17.1.2 Hotfix, que añade la firma digital y una correccion ligera a un bug, por lo demas es exactamente igual a la version beta.

Otra version reciente con un avance en correccion de errores y que sera imprensindible para quienes tangan una Radeon R9 380 Series. Mayores cambios son el soporte emjorado a los juegos For Honor y Sniper Elite 4, tanto en un solo GPU como en multi-GPU, correcciones en FreeSync, otra en el juego Counter-Strike: Global Offensive y correcciones en la captura de video en los juegos.

Hay que tener cuidado con la aplicacion XBOX DVR con estos controladores 17.2.1, que pueden ocasionar conflictos y se recomienda deshabilitar el xbx vr.

Buenas gente sabeis porque puede ser que no me aparezca la opcion relive para stremear? tengo una rx 480 8 gb con los ultimos drivers, con los drivers anteriores tampoco me aparecian. He probado a desintalarlos y instalarlos de nuevo y tampoco nada...

Mi pc es el siguiente:
Windows 10
Placa: Z170 Gaming M3
Procesador: I5 7600k
ram: 8gb

EDIT: Por si a alguien mas le pasa la solucion es bajarse la aplicacion de amd de amdcleanuputility y volver a instalar los drivers y ya funciona correctamente.
