How to use DLNA on the PS4 before the next patch25/11/2013The Ultimate FAQ released by Sony on the official PlayStation Blog earlier this month left a bittersweet taste in the mouth of gamers and since then many were disappointed and unappeased with the random decision to not support DLNA, CD‘s and MP3′s on the PS4.
Though we’ve previously mentioned in an earlier article these features are to be added and supported on the PS4 post launch. Fast forward to the present day and these features have yet to be patched in. Given that the PS4 has only been out almost two weeks. Many gamers are ready for these most wanted features to be added into the console. Though there isn’t an update coming soon. There still may be a bit of light at the end of the tunnel. At least in regard to the DLNA support.
Recently YouTube User by the name CerebralVision recently reached out to us here at CouchJockeyz.com to share this tidbit of information. We double checked it for ourselves and we must say this is a great tip for those of you who are looking to not wait to stream your content via native DLNA on the PS4. Make sure to check out the steps and watch the video for more.
