If you have troubles with smc reset, probably it stays at 0v. I had same problem as your. Installing the 1k pull-up resistor solved this. Maybe in your case you need a lower value of resistor (or higher)
Resistor between 3.3 and sync?

I have here 150, 220, 350, 2k....

Hi, check voltage on pad B with and without wire to smc_rst. Let's see if there are some differences

Pad B without wire = 0
Pad B wire (secondary nand select) = 0.65 V
Pad B wire (primary nand select) = 0.65 V

Last night I play on Live without smc reset. [boma]
I think this only affects to bootup with RGH after bootup Retail many times (retail SMC loaded on Southbridge IC), because this causes slower bootup and some times don't glitch
I think mocosoft looking for kernel modifications and HDD content on Xbox Live ...
Its true that freeboot loaded on SMC leaves a mark [rtfm] , but mocosoft don't pay attention because they don't imagine this, or they don't develop tools for read SMC (not a lot of people install nands...) imho

Hmmm... can you try flashing squirt with trinity wires dual nand bitstream? Obviously it won't glitch but nand switching must work. If doesn't work then there is a problem with your board (maybe needs some other fix). If it works then is the bitstream that needs some fix.

Disculpa zehenork, mi intencion no era molestar a nadie. De echo la ventaja de comentar todo el proceso por aqui puede ser beneficioso. Ya que otros usuarios pueden sumarse a probar lo que estamos haciendo, y así podriamos tener mas mediciones, ya que todas las consolas no se comportan igual.

Entiendo que es engorroso leer en ingles, y mucho más en un foro español, así que continuaremos por privado

Lo siento mucho, y seguro que pocoyo tambien ya que su intencion no es la de molestar ni mucho menos (imagino que ahora anda retocando el bitstream para la instalacion de dual nand por cables en corona)
Ambos tienes razon , lo mejor entonces es hacer lo propusisteis, crear un hilo propio, asi no llenamos este de tanto de post en ingles y ademas dejamos que puedan leer e intervenir el resto.

Squirt 2.0 + Squirt Dual Nand 16 MB instalada por cables en Corona V1 y funcionando

Si alguien esta interesado quizas se pueda hacer un tutorial.
La instalacion es igual que para Trinity
