A veces cuando cierro el opera, y luego (inmediatamente o no) lo vuelvo a abrir, me sale que Opera esta en ejecución aunque lo haya cerrado.
Nada, grave. Administrador de tareas, y finalizar proceso de opera.exe. Y ya me lo abre perfectamente, pero es un coñazo. No me pasa el 100% de las veces, pero lo suficiente como para que me toque las narices.
Me lleva pasando desde la 10.0 y pensaba que con algún update se solucionaría, pero no...
¿Alguna solución?
Edit: Acabo de leer unas paginas atrás que no hay solución por ahora, a ver si un año y pico después se dignan a resolver el problema...

Buenas, desde hace unos días estoy teniendo un problema bastante molesto con igoogle y opera.

No se cargan los gadgets de igoogle y es bastante molesto, ya he borrado cookies y tal (en general lo he borrado todo para ver si se arreglaba) y me sigue dando el problema. Lo único que me faltaría es desinstalar el programa y volverlo a instalar.

Windows Vista SP2 + Opera 11.51
El opera ya lo tengo en la 11.51, lo que no tengo y desde luego no pienso ni plantearme es ponerme windows vista jajajajajaja.

Aun así he vuelto a instalar el opera y ahora sigo teniendo el problema de que los gadgets se ven cortados, pero al menos funcionan.

Edit: Aun así gracias por la imagen, me han hecho ver que no es el opera al menos el que da el problema a todos si que es de mi pc XD. Voy a ver si consigo terminar de arreglarlo.

He hecho lo que me has dicho, he creado un nuevo perfil cambiando el que ya tenia como explica la pagina que has puesto, incluso he eliminado el perfil por si acaso XD. Pero sigue ocurriendo lo mismo :S.

Lo mas extraño es que con los otros navegadores no tengo este problema... Así que algo raro tengo que tener configurado.

Pues me dejas sin ideas. Al parecer Opera no va del todo fino con Windows 7, sin embargo en el resto de S.O. y plataformas va fino fino. Si te atreves, puedes probar las versiones de desarrollo.
Con el opera next también me da el mismo problema jajajajaja.

Si debe ser que es algo problema con windows 7, lo gracioso es que hace dos días funcionaba perfectamente y es lo que me llama la atención.

Bueno, tendré que aprender a vivir sin igoogle, porque me gusta demasiado este navegador como para dejarlo jajajajjaja.

A shining new [bookmark] star

There is a new star in town! and it is located right there in your address field! You can now easily add and remove a page from your bookmarks. This is not a full bookmark manager (which we still have in the Bookmark menu and as a panel) but a quick and easy way to save a page for later. You can also add and remove a page from your Speed Dial page.

The star will light up Imagen in the address field when you visit a page that is either bookmarked or is a Speed Dial. We have experimented with a similar UI in Opera 9 Technical Preview 1 almost six years ago. We have revamped this popular request and hope you will all like our new take on it.

In addition to a fancy new gadget to play with in the address field, we have also just finished a large Core upgrade. Fixes, improvements, and other known keywords apply. We also changed how we handled XML parsing failures by automatically reparsing as HTML instead of displaying an error.

Mac and Windows users can start using the -pd argument the same way as it works on Linux. Meaning you can specify a path to a folder that should contain the Opera profile for that session.

We have upgraded the compiler we use on Mac, which resulted in a nice JavaScript performance increase for the platform.

An updated Core, with Ragnarök and CSS3 radial gradients

We have a rather interesting new snapshot for you today. It includes an update to our Core rendering engine (Presto) to version 2.9.220, and with that come some really big improvements.

Firstly, this is the first snapshot to include Ragnarök! For those of you who haven't tested our earlier Labs builds, Ragnarök is the name of our implementation of the HTML5 Parsing algorithm. As Bruce Lawson explained previously, "The HTML5 specification defines a set of parsing rules for all markup, whether valid or invalid. Once all browsers have HTML5 parsers, the same markup will produce the same DOM across all conforming browsers.". If you would like to know more, you should also read our initial announcement, from the first Labs release.

Another big one among other Core changes is that we have improved our CSS3 gradient support. We already supported CSS3 linear gradients and now we have added support for CSS3 radial gradients.

Besides these major improvements, the Core team have also done a lot of site compatibility work. Together these Core updates should mean that Opera renders your favorite sites better than ever!

Finally, we also have a nice selection of important desktop improvements (I personally like the new on-demand plug-in activation) and bug fixes. As always, see the change log below for a full overview. And once you are done with that, download and get on with testing!

The last months Opera 12 snapshots have received two major updates of its JavaScript engine, Carakan, which make it more memory efficient and fully ECMAScript 5.1 compliant. Last week the new HTML 5 parser Ragnarök was added. Today Opera 12 alpha introduces another major technological milestone: full hardware acceleration with WebGL.

WebGL
WebGL in combination with new ECMAscript features like type arrarys makes it possible to develop and run games with high quality graphics in your browser. To demonstrate the possibilities of these new technologies Opera has ported the game Emberwind to HTML5. There are several other demos like Formula 1 and Don't click.

Full hardware acceleration
Opera aims to give the best possible performance for all users. This is why we already have a "software accelerated" backend in Vega. However with the new hardware accelerated backend Opera will draw the whole user interface using the GPU, not just specific elements of the webpage like the canvas element. This will offload the CPU significantly and make it possible to accelerate the rendering of all webpages. On systems with outdated drivers or buggy graphics cards, Opera will fallback to the heavily optimized Vega software rendering engine.

Currently hardware acceleration is in an alpha stage and only uses an OpenGL backend. We would like to get your feedback about how well it works for you. Opera 12 alpha works best with modern graphics cards and up to date drivers. In future snapshot we'll add support for DirectX and more graphics cards. Be aware that testing Opera 12 alpha can trigger bugs in your graphics card and in worst case blue screen your computer.

Themes
Opera 12 makes it easier than ever to personalize your browser. It's now possible to create simple lightweight themes based on a nice photos or other graphics. It's also easier to install and try out new and existing themes (previously called skins). Try them out here! (currently only available for Windows & Mac).

Solo la he probado 5 minutillos para ver como tiran algunos tests, así que no puedo opinar sobre estabilidad y tal, pero en tests y tal va como un tiro :o (56 FPS en el test de los peces @ 1080p con 1000 peces).

He estado probando distintos juegos en WebGL y demás y va impresionamente bien. ¿El problema? El navegador se come más de 1GB xDDD. Ahora mismo estoy probando el Quake 3 en WebGL y Opera consume 1.3 GBs. Pero bueno, en breve pasaré de 4 a 8 GBs, así que me importará poco [+risas]

Por lo demás, va fantastica. Me ha petado poco y va muy muy rápida. Además, poder jugar con WebGL me encanta [carcajad]

Hardware acceleration fixes

This is the first snapshot after Opera 12 Alpha. A big thank you goes out to everyone who joined us on the far side of software development and installed the Alpha release of Opera 12. Your feedback has been invaluable.

When it comes to hardware acceleration, we're currently in a state of code cleanup and optimization, so there will not be many big changes coming in this area in the next weeks. This builds has a couple of very important fixes though, first among them is plugging a big memory leak on Windows.

Anyone running Opera 12 Alpha are strongly encouraged to upgrade to the build linked below.

* Plugged a huge memory leak on Windows, and a smaller one on Mac
* Several updates to blocklists. Note that many changes are continuously pushed through autoupdate, so you probably have these changes already

Bueno, parece que con esta nueva versión dan un gran paso hacia la beta. La he probado con varios tests a fondo y el consumo no pasaba de los 150~200 MBs con 3 o 4 pestañas.

La verdad, para ser una versión alpha va muy bien :p
Yo después de muchos años de amor y felicidad con el Opera, estoy pensando seriamente en cambiar de navegador... no se si tendrá algún tipo de problema con el flash o que será, pero vengo arrastrando una serie de errores des de hace un tiempo en mi Windows 7 (x86) que hacen que tenga que usar otro navegador para visitar según que páginas:

- No me carga correctamente páginas que visito frecuentemente, como la página del diario sport, cuando cargo una noticia se pone la página en negro (no me pasa con ningún otro navegador), los foros de htcmania me dejan el navegador en (No Responde) constantemente, algunas páginas de noticias con vídeos etc. también congelan el navegador intermitentemente...

- A veces cuando cierro el Opera, éste no se cierra correctamente... queda abierto como proceso en el Administrador de Tareas, y si lo vuelvo a abrir no me deja, pues dice que Opera ya se está ejecutando...

- De manera poco frecuente, no me deja publicar comentarios en Facebook...

Nada de esto, me pasa si entro des de Internet Explorer 9, ni con el Opera en otro pc que tengo con Ubuntu... :-|

No se si alguien tendrá problemas o tiene algún indicio de como solucionar esto... un saludo!
Es conocido que a muchos con W7 no les va del todo bien, con el resto de S.O. va perfecto.

Para webs "puteadas", menú O > Ayuda > Contar los problemas de un sitio.
prueba a borrar la configuración del navegador o algo porque es raro todo eso que te pasa :s

Nada de esto, me pasa si entro des de Internet Explorer 9, ni con el Opera en otro pc que tengo con Ubuntu... :-|

yo tambien tengo el mismo problema en el pc con la web de Sport. He borrado el opera, y la configuracion, y al volverlo a instalar de cero sigue pasando. Tambien use lo de restaurar sistema del W7 y nada. Lo raro es que en el portatil tambien tengo opera y la web va perfecta. La unica forma de ver las noticias en el PC es desactivando el javascript, pero entonces no se ven los comentarios
Hay alguna alternativa a xmarks, para sincronizar entre chrome, firefox y opera? Ya que xmarks solo hay el mini para opera de extension.
Busque hace algun tiempo y no encontre nada, nose si ultimamente han sacado algo o van a sacarlo
Lo único es opera link que solo funciona entre operas. Hace ya tiempo que liberaron la API de opera link, pero como es algo muy minoritario nadie lo usa / mete mano.

Que pena cada dia me gusta mas este navegador pero como tambien necesito/uso los otros para ciertas tareas, es un engorro lo de los marcadores. Mandare un mail a xmarks a ver si en un futuro le daran soporte o no :-|

Eso también me jode. He llegado a un punto donde ya para cerrar el navegador, por costumbre abro el administrador de tareas y mato yo el proceso personalmente.

Eso me ha pasado últimamente, ni idea de por qué. Afortunadamente lo resuelvo actualizando la página, pero como no sea el link a una publicación específica y toque volver a buscar donde ibas a comentar... como que quita las ganas.

A mi me pasa con linux mint también, aunque con mucha menos frecuencia que en windows.


Para bien o para mal me encanta el navegador, que por cosas mucho menos importantes dejé Chrome y Firefox xD.

Por cierto, cómo va el consumo de ram con la versión que usa la gpu respecto a la normal en windows?
Pues a mi esta sarta de problemas ha hecho que lo abandone definitivamente... nada ha arreglado del problema, ni desinstalarlo, borrar configuración, limpiar carpetas y registro de opera con ccleaner, etc. nada...

Ahora estoy con el firefox... que bueno, si bien noto que no es tan rápido como el opera, de momento me va todo bien! Y un uso de la memória decente...

No pude con safari ni google chrome, porque me gastaban mucha memória, al rato de estar utilizándolos, o abrir varias ventanas/pestañas, empezaba a darle caña el ventilador del portatil y eso no me mola...

Una forma amable de decir hasta que no tengamos peticiones de muchos usuarios no vamos a tocar nada.
A mi ya me va bien la web de Sport. Creo que era por los drivers nvidia de la grafica, he puesto los ultimos oficiales y ahora va bien. Que raro :-?

porque aun falta para sacar una 12.x final y asi ya incorporan a la actual rama stable algunas de las nuevas funcionalidades.

EDIT: me gusta la beta esta, en el test HTML5 casi alcanza a Chromium 15, por 3 puntos: Chromium 15 = 328 / Opera 11.60 = 325 / Firefox 8 = 299 XD

¿Alguien sabría como poder integrar Kget con Opera? En vez de usar el gestor integrado de este, que las descargas las enviaran a dicho gestor.
mmmm... prueba a ir a la pestaña de avanzadas, luego descargas y quita el check a "Esconder los tipos de ficheros abiertos con Opera" la traduccion casera mia xD, en ingles es "Hide file types opened with Opera" (que lo tengo en inglés) ,entonces escoge tu mismo la extension que te gustaria abrir con Kget.

Por ejemplo, ecribe rar en el cuadro de texto de busqueda rapida, seleciona en la lista de resultados y click en "Editar..." el "Tipo de fichero" luego click en abrir con otra aplicacion y seleciona kget, te preguntara di que si.

después de una buena temporada (he perdido la cuenta pero creo que han sido varios meses) me he cansado del Chrome...

razones?

pues algunas, la versionitis que lleva (sin grandes mejoras aparentes entre major versions), el tener que añadir 50 extensiones para que haga lo basico que necesito (opera lo hace todo de serie) y lo tonto que se me esta poniendo ultimamente...


asi que nada, my lovely Opera, te dije que volveria y aqui me tienes. no me defraudes [looco]

La beta es estable pero la siguiente snapshot según los comentarios es algo problemática. Usando la beta en los 3 sistemas. XD
