Pero he probado los detalles de activacion de mas de 5 juegos al azar y en todos dicen lo mismo, vamos que si te banean no se hacen responsables...

Como verás en este foro como en tantos otros, se intercambian regalos y keys.... cuando lo haces no sabes de donde proviene el gift que intercambias... (si te sirve de consuelo.... .)
Yo no he visto (ni espero ver) a nadie baneado por usar un gift obtenido de esta forma, en todo caso si es una key rusa lo mismo te retiran el juego de la cuenta... pero vamos no soy ningún experto, seguro que alguien podrá hablar con más propiedad que yo....

la web de steam dice que los regalos no pueden ser vendidos, y esta web que mencionabas como tantas otras lo hacen, creo que si hubiese algún baneo por esto no dejarían vender los gifts, sinceramente....
