Bueno, aqui una parte de la entrevista de Street Fighter Blog a Capcom (lo relacionado con el Street Fighter HD):
SFB: The other project you guys are working on (and that we really cant wait to play) is Super Street Fighter HD remix (SSFHD remix), how is the game coming along ?
S-kill: It’s actually Super Street Fighter II *Turbo* HD Remix. Yes, the name is ridiculously long, but Super Street Fighter II and Super Street Fighter II Turbo were pretty different games. Anyway SSF2T HD Remix is coming along great. There have been some changes in the art direction that have extended the development time. We’ll be giving some updates on it pretty soon to let you know how it’s going, but the team has really gone the extra mile to try and listen to the fans and push the product to 110%. We think the extra time will really help make the game shine. Certainly it has allowed us to spend more time tuning the new features and the overall balance.
SFB: we were used to get pretty much weekly updates about the game but for a couple months now we haven't heard a thing, is it something we the fans should worry about? (a delay to expect) or it is part f the marketing strategy?
S-kill: Yeah, that shouldn’t worry anyone--the game is definitely coming out. The pause in the updates is indeed marketing strategy, but not a very diabolical one. It’s just a matter of “let’s stop posting updates until we get closer to the game’s release.” The delays in the game have delayed the updates, because we want to make sure we have all the material we need to hype everyone up once we have, you know, something to sell to people who are excited about it. You ramp up hype as you get closer to launch.
SFB: When can we expect a new announcement regarding SSFIITHD remix?
S-kill: As before, the updates will be back once the game is ready. I don’t think we’ve announced when that is just yet—we have a very good idea when it will be but we don’t want to get anyone’s hopes up if something shifts unexpectedly. We will have some exciting ST HD Remix news to announce in the near future, however.
SFB: Are you guys considering to have SSFIITHD available on disks as well or are you guys going with the digital distribution only ?
S-kill: Right now ST HD Remix is planned to be a digital download exclusively.
SFB: how come we still haven't seen any "clear"/official SSFIITHD remix footage which is supposed to come earlier than SF4 that we already seen videos of ?
S-kill: We haven’t done a good video yet because we’re focused on getting the art where we want it. Since the new art is one of the game’s main features, and we’ve already talked about art changes, it shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone that the art isn’t where we want it to be. It’s hard to do a high-res, clear video without showing the art, and if that’s not yet up to snuff, video goes out the window. With eagle-eyed superfans everywhere, we’d rather wait until we’ve got the art all the way where we’d like it to be. As far as the mechanics, however, they are in great shape and we playtest those all the time. That was the thinking behind the crummy phone video we did release—show people that the game is not vaporware and does actually work, without encouraging nitpicks about art that we’re still working on and know isn’t 100%.
SFB: Can you tell us at what development percentage SSFIITHD remix is at right now?
S-kill: The gameplay is coming along great, and it's quickly approaching "publicly consumable." Art is being reworked and is sometimes finished before it makes its way into the game, so I’m not sure what percentage to attach to that.
