Pude conseguir una XBOX con el lector Samsung con fecha 27-02-2003. La compré en el Carrefour de Majadahonda con el pack Enter The Matrix y creo que era la única que tenían con alguna fecha de fabricación de las que pone en la lista.

Os comento también que me dijo el encargado de la sección de Consolas (que sabía del tema de los lectores de la Xbox) que el Servicio Técnico de Microsoft facilita un listado que permite saber por el Número de Serie la configuración de la consola. El chico no me lo facilitó porque ya no volví por la tienda, pero pienso que si alguien tiene oportunidad de conseguirlo mediante algún colega que trate con el citado Servicio Técnico, ese listado podría ser muy útil para toda la gente que quiere tener la Xbox con el lector Samsung.

Bueno he hecho una excel para que futuros compradores puedan cogerse (o no) una Xbox con Lector Samsung y disco duro de 10 Gigas.

Bien ayer me pase por el FNAC de Plaza Cataluña en Barcelona y se ve que tienen el pack Matrix por 204 € con fecha de 2003-02-27 y el pack Halo + MM3 + Mando DVD por 194 € con fecha 2003-09-02 , esas fechas son 27-02-2003 y 02-09-2003 o soy un mandril y no se traducirlas

Segun la lista a estas dos le corresponde un Samsung y un Seagate de 10 Gigas, ¿es esto cierto?¿alguien lo puede confirmar?

¿Qué grado de veracidad tiene esta lista?¿Solamente se ha sacado de gente que ha dado su opinion? ¿Es 100% segura, bueno 100% no hay nada pero al menos que sea un 95%?

Bien, pues me pasé por el Corte Inglés de Maria Cristina en Barcelona, y todas las que tenía no coincidia la fecha para un Samsung con Seagate de 10 Gigas, y eso que era el mismo pack que el del FNAC (Halo + MM3 + 2 Meses Live+ Mando DvD).

Me pasaré por el de Cataluña.

Por cierto os dejo una lista con todas las fechas actualizadas de la página "http://xbox-linux.sourceforge.net/docs/versionsdb.html" , así que supongo que es de fiar.

Bien, se ve que en esas listas hay fechas repetidas , es decir para una fecha "X" hay varios lectores (Thomson, Samsung, Philips), por lo que si escoges una con esa fecha es posible que te comas un Thomson o Philips como me ha pasado al comprarla ....

He filtrado la lista para que solamente salgan los Samsung, los cuales aparecen únicamente en una fecha (para esa fecha no hay dos tipos de lectores), así como adjuntar la lista completa por si me he dejado algo, de esta manera estaremos más seguro...

Ahora a ver si en "El Corte Inglés" me la dejan cambiar....

Espero que sí, ¿alguien sabe si tendré algun problema?

yo fui con un colega y le dije directamente lo que habia, y lo de los lectores y le dije que si me la llevaba y no era un samsung la devolveria y le dije que me la enchufase y asi no tendria que darme el viaje y al final me la abrieron.

Ayer fui a devolverla y me estuvieron mirando todas las Xbox que tienen, ninguna coincidia con alguna de las fechas de la lista de Samsung + Seagate 10 Gb....

Al final opté por llevarme el pack de Matrix que según la lista completa lleva el lector Samsung y un Western de 8 Gb, lo que mas me interesa es el lector..... Aún así el vendedor, muy amable por cierto, se hizo una fotocopia de la lista de fechas y me comentó que cuando llegase una de esas fechas me avisaria y la cambiaria por la que me llevo (no se si es verdad o se ha hecho la fotocopia para el mismo )

Llego a casa, conecto la consola, abro el lector , joder.... no es Samsung , es un Philips....

¿Que coño pasa con las fechas?, ¿no son del 100% fiables?, yo estas las he sacado de linux.sourceforge.net, ¿hay otras listas de fechas? ¿no hay listas de numeros de serie?

Yo también compré el pack matrix en el corte ingles pensando que traería un samsun y lo mismo un philips con seagate de 10gb. Pero weno no puedo quejarme, despues de calibrarlo lo justo lee todos los cd's de marca (los no sedigrafiados le cuesta) podria seguir calibrando pero prefiero dejarlo asi.

de todas formas y aunque en principio no pensaba igual... me da casi igual ya el lector puesto que he puesto la consola en red con el ordenador y con el relax veo lso divx directamente desde el hd del pc. asi me ahorro el tener que grabar los divx que finalmente no me interesan.

Me puedes confirmar la fecha que tienes, porque me veo que el disco duro no es de 10 Gigas la mia tiene la fecha 2003-01-21, si es así calibraré el Philips y ya está, no tengo ningun CD-R no serigrafiado, todos son de marcas princo, benq y cosas similares.

No no, todavia no se si tiene uno de 8 gb o de 10 gb, hasta que no lo habra nada...

Lo de calibrar me lo he estado mirando y es muy sencillo, tengo algo de conocimientos de electrónica, (de algo sirve ser Ingeniero en Informatica al fin ) y lo haré.

Pero primero me quiero pillar el kit dvd y el chip.

Por cierto me tengo que mirar como averiguar el disco duro que tengo, supongo que no hay mas remedio que abrir la "Caja Porno"

Tio no aceleres que hace 2 dias que tengo la Xbox y un mes que voy leyendo los posts del foro, soy un pringaillo en lo que Xbox se refiere , supongo que lo del exploit, será con algún juego, de momento solo tengo uno y mi intención es hacerme cuanto antes con un X-Bit e instalarlo....

De todas formas acepto orientaciones, que estoy aquí para aprender, y el ser informático ayuda a ir mas deprisa

Weno no quiero corregirte pero realmente si es un juego jejeje porque tiene que hacer malabares para que no arranke el dash original :-D. Es el juego al que juegas cada vez que enciendes mi consola.

yo solo tengo que pulsar un boton. jejeje, no se que haran los demas jjejejej.
y para instalarlo o lo hago con el hotwap entre dos xbox, es decir tardo 15 y 14 son para abrir las consolas o lo hago con el splinter cell y mi targeta de memeria. , es dcir 5 min.

Alguien sabe q lector tiene una del 2003-09-10 Es un pack halo +MM3 ?¿

casi 100 por 100 es un lector samsung y un hd wester digital.

por lo menos asi a sido en todas las de septiembre que he comprado a mis colegas, unas 4. y ademas de ese mismo pack.

Si es Septiembre pero en la web esa de las tablas de fabricación no sale del dia 2003-09-10 q es la q puedo pillar bien de precio.

He buscado por EOL la fecha y dos foreros tienen una de esa fecha pero no me respondieron los privados
