En primera instancia probé con Windows 10 y los drivers de Calamity por mi familarización con Windows. Hacía funcionar el CRT a 640x480i (o la reolución que quisiera del EDID) para el desktop y poder ver bien EmulationStation, sin embargo cuando abría retroarch no conseguía "switchear" ni a resoluciones nativas ni a super-resoluciones. Como si no se guardaran los overrides (pese a configurarlos a mano). Me daba la sensación que las resoluciones entraban en conflicto con el escritorio. Todo esto con el CRT como monitor principal y la pantalla integrada del portátil como secundaria.
[Explicación del proceso] Estaba en el Escritorio (640x480i) > abría RetroArch (el menú switcheaba a Nativa y core provided, creo que era 320x240p) > abría un juego (volvía a resolución desktop-640x480i y escalaba mal la imagen pese a guardar los overrides en custom con super-resoluciones o editarlos a mano).
