Dicho vídeo no se exactamente qué es, pero lo he encontrado en un foro. Junto a la descripción pone:

Sony will also be releasing Firmware 3.60 to further fend off hackers from infiltrating the console.

Looks like Sony is digging deeper into the situation as they resolve to banning accounts and consoles over at the PlayStation Network (PSN) once they find out that they’re containing custom firmwares inside the system. It was almost a week ago when we last heard of Sony suing several hackers for copyright infringement issues, and the end result is probably the new Firmware 3.60. The video also seems to mention that a banned account can only redeem itself when the console has been un-hacked. No details have been released regarding Sony PS3′s new firmware.
El resúmen es que Sony "bloquearía" el acceso online mientras se utilice un CFW o se modifique la consola. Si se "restaura" a su estado original, la cuenta volvería a tener acceso. También dice, a grandes rasgos, que Sony publicará el firmware 3.60 para tratar de arreglar algo de esto, pero no estoy seguro que qué.
FuenteA ver si alguien puede confirmar si esto es fake o no. Es sin duda algo que mucha gente pregunta, si puede banear o no, y, según este vídeo, que es solo un audio realmente, parece ser que sí.
