3rd wave

hola a todos:
Estoy haciendo un backup de un juego y lo cierto es que es el segundo dvd-dl que tengo que tirar, puesto que la consola me dice que tengo que limpiar el disco, el modelo de la placa es la falcon el dvd es samsung m-25 con ixtreme creo que le puse el firm 1.5.
para hacer este último backup he utilizado Xbox Backup Creator versión 2.9.0.306 y una vez obtenido éste le pase por abgx360 1.0.1 con el siguiente resultado:

Hola!

Si tienes el 1.5, ademas de actualizar el kernel a la ultima version, tienes que parchear la imagen con PPF-O-MATIC.

Ante todo gracias por contestar ( no se que haríamos sin vosotros).
Resuelto el problema, la imagen es correcta y funciona, la grabé con imgburn y todo ok, por lo visto el firm del samsung no era el 1.5 sino el 1.51, por lo que no tuve que hace nada.

si parcheas una imagen de wave 3 para ponerla compatible con firms anteriores al 1.51 correarás un riesgo importante de ser baneado... yo nunca parchearía

Buenas flashee mi consola hace años (me la compré cuando salió) con el firmware Xtreme 2.3/1.6 Stealth Rev 2, vamos de los primeros casi. No me conecto a live por lo que no me importa el tema de los baneos. Mi duda es la siguiente, con este firmware con los juegos wave 3 ... para que me funcionen:

1. Sólo funcionan los parcheados?
2. Sólo funcionan los NO parcheados?
3. Da igual, no se verifica nada.

No me termina de quedar claro si mi firmware no miraba esa parte de la copia y por tanto funciona o al revés comprobaba que estuviera vacía la partición para dejar jugar.
