What You Need :
1. A gameshark 2 or action replay version 2 or higher.
2. An Original Game, whos TOC is larger than the burned game you want to play.
3. No mod, no knife method, just energy to do a double swap.

Steps:
1. Start the gs or ar.
2. Swap your gs or ar with the original game.
2. Go to select game, create new game, add new code, add value. You can put in whatever name, number, or symbol for your value, code name and game name.
3. Go to start game WITH CODES.
4. Press X , while it says updating code, swap the original game disk (whos TOC is large than the burned one) with the burned game.

This has been confirmed to work on PAL machines with NEO2.2 + AR2 2.01
1. Load AR2 v2.01
2. Select ACTIONREPLAY CODES, Press X
3. Select ADD NEW GAME, Press X
4. Press X (Updating Code List Please Wait)
5. Press X (Updating Code List Please Wait)
6. Press X (Updating Code List Please Wait)

Now you are ready to play DVD-R backups

1) Turn on the ps2 with AR2 2.01 (holding down the ON/RESET)
2) Select ACTIONREPLAY CODES (Still Holding ON/Reset)
3) Press EJECT (while still holding the ON/RESET button) and swapAR2 2.01 with DVD demo.
4) Press EJECT to close (Wait 10 seconds Still Holding ON/Reset)
5) Then Press X (Still Holding ON/Reset)
6) Make sure -–NEW GAME—is highlighted, Press X (Still Holding ON/Reset)
7) Select –New Code— (Still Holding ON/Reset)
Press X (Still Holding ON/Reset)
9) Press Start (Still Holding ON/Reset)

*Now This Is The Important Part*

Let go of ON/Reset button and at the same time press X twice

Tray will eject, replace with DVD backup
