A poco que te interesen, el primero al menos es un juego totalmente apasionante y la ambientación va a mucho más que la típica ciudad subterránea... te lo recomiendo encarecidamente.
Brutal is the word to describe the new Deus Ex: Human Revolution gamescom gameplay trailer. Awesome, but very brutal.
The movie, which consists of clips from the demo shown at E3, shows main character Adam Jensen on the hunt for someone called Tung in a nightclub in Shanghai called “The Hive”.
After that, it gets heavy. Jensen goes on a rampage, as you’ll see below.
It’s absolutely fantastic stuff. We’re calling this as one of the early GOTY 2011 favourites.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution, a prequel to the original Deus Ex which takes place 25 years before the events of JC Denton, releases early next year on PS3, 360 and PC.
Following on from Todd Hollenshead and John Carmack’s DOOM 4-less QuakeCon keynote last night, today brings another livetext. Let’s see what ex-Infinity Ward bosses Vince Zampella and Jason West have to say for themselves.
The pair will be involved in a QuakeCon panel today, their first public appearance since their very public sackings as heads of the Modern Warfare developer in March.
Now heads of start-up Respawn Entertainment, Zampella and West will be sitting alongside RAGE producer Tim Willits and Bethesda’s Todd Howard, talking about how to create blockbuster games.
Nathan will be there to liveblog the lot for us. Tune in from 11am Texas time. That’s 5pm BST and 6pm CET.
There’ll also be a live feed on the QuakeCon site. We’ll link to that once that goes live.
Bethesda Games Studios director Todd Howard’s confirmed the developer has a new project in development.
Speaking during a panel about creating blockbuster titles with RAGE producer Tim Willits and Respawn Entertainment’s Vince Zampella and Jason West, Howard confirmed the project’s been in development for two years.
He wouldn’t confirm any more details then that.
It’s been highly speculated the title Bethesda’s developing internally is a new Elder Scrolls title, one which may be an MMO - neither of which have been confirmed.
Catch up on what happened at the event here.
Everyone is awaiting a move from Insomniac Games regarding their next big title. It seems that it may just be another PS3 exclusive. The full schedule of PAX panel schedules has been released. With that, we have garnered the following information.

Insomniac Games: Behind-the-Scenes on their next PlayStation 3 Project
Insomniac Games, the development team behind the critically-acclaimed Ratchet & Clank and Resistance franchises, discuss their next PlayStation 3 project. Attendees will also have an opportunity to ask questions during a Q&A with Insomniac.”
So there you have it during PAX on September 4th at 6:30PM Pacific Insomniac will announce their ‘Next Playstation 3 Project’. I can’t wait. I hope it is a new IP, but more than likely will be Resistance 3 or the rumored Ratchet & Clank Future 3.

Polish developer Techland has announced a date for upcoming off-road racing game, nail’d.
The all-terrain racer will be launched on October 22. Those attending gamescom next week will be able to test out the full game thanks to publisher Deep Silver.
Those not attending the German show can watch the title’s gamescom trailer below, if you missed it last week.
STALKER 2 is in development, GSC Game World has announced in a short blurb on its website. And “officially,” they say.
Actual details on the title aren’t offered, but CEO Sergiy Grygorovych does note it won’t be no pushover; expect a “big game” that’ll act as “the next chapter of the mega-popular game.”
It’s also said the shooter RPG will not be recycling the first game’s engine. Instead, it’ll run on “completely new multi-platform technology” — count on a console release then — once again developed by GSC itself.
It’s going to be a wait, though; the game won’t ship until 2012.
Drian-kun escribió:Stalker 2.... y del 1 nada. Quien no haya jugado al 1 se va a sentir muy cojo.
Start your engines. Gamescom is starting tomorrow and it looks like the rumors have already begun. NeoGAF user De-Mon is claiming to have knowledge that tomorrow, during their Gamescom press conference, either Sony or Electronic Arts will announce Mass Effect’s shift to PlayStation 3. He says it’s either going to happen tomorrow or in print magazines a few weeks later.
Apparently, it’s titled Mass Effect: Genesis. We’re assuming it contains Mass Effect 2 in order to make preparations for a multiplatform Mass Effect 3 release, but that’s just our guess. So that means it could include both the first and second game or even something completely new – who knows?
We’ll find out tomorrow.
THQ Digital's creative director Don Whiteford, who works at the company's Warrington office in the north of England. Prior to restructuring under the publisher, the studio was called Juice Games and was responsible for titles such as Juiced and Juiced 2: Hot Import Nights. As part of THQ Digital, the studio now works alongside other studios in Phoenix and Agoura in the USA, and develops titles exclusively for online distribution.
THQ Digital's creative director Don Whiteford blows the lid off Red Faction: Battlegrounds.
What He Talked About: Whiteford's talk was titled "Rethinking a Studio for the Digital Space," with eight lessons for developers thinking of adopting a digital strategy. The seminar focused on juggling multiple projects and continual experimentation. "By the time you start one [game], you've got to figure out what your next two or three are," he said, adding, "we're subscribing to the fail fast model," in terms of trying new things.
However, the highlight of the session was the confirmation of a new Red Faction game which the studio is working on, called Red Faction: Battlegrounds. The news confirmed rumours that were circling last week that THQ was prepping a downloadable title in the series. The new game will launch on Xbox Live Arcade and the PlayStation Network, although no release date was given by Whiteford. However, he did show a video of an isometric arena combat game featuring mechs, tanks and rovers. Whiteford also confirmed that the game will support local four-player games on the same screen, and unlockable items for Red Faction: Armageddon.
While Red Faction: Battlegrounds may have been given the green light, Whiteford reminisced about titles from the studio that never saw the light of day. Split Shift was a racing game that aimed to push into the social space so that players could post challenges online. He also showed a trailer for Stormbirds, a "third-person shooter in the sky," and claimed that for the same price as the short CGI clip, the studio could have made an entire iPhone app. "We decided to start looking at some of the smaller channels [...] our main focus is PSN, XBLA, Steam, and we're looking at the iPad," he said.
Online retailer ShopTo.net has listed Mortal Kombat Arcade Compilation for the PlayStation 3 - and it's the second retailer to do so.
According to the site the game will be released on October 12, 2010 with a recommended retail price of £19.99.
Although the game is only listed for the PS3, a 360 release seems likely.
According to ShopTo the compilation will feature the original Mortal Kombat, Mortal Kombat 2 and Ultimate Mortal Kombat, all in high-definition. Sweet.
Although the Mortal Kombat games were released for both Xbox Live Arcade and PSN, they disappeared after the collapse of Midway and are not currently available for purchase.
The MK team is currently at work on a new title which returns to the series' M-rated roots and is built for the 'hardcore' player.
Popcap Games has hinted Plants vs. Zombies, which will be released on Xbox Live next month, may yet be released on the PlayStation Network.
Speaking in response to a question by M2G on the subject, the developer responded by saying:
“We haven’t made any announcements about other platforms but I can say that PopCap loves to bring our titles to as many people as possible – and that means, as many platforms as possible!”
Plants vs. Zombies on Xbox Live comes packed with new features such as seven game modes, 21 mini-games and online play
Firemint, developer of the hugely popular iphone and ipad game Flight Control, has confirmed the game is coming to PS3.
The developer confirmed the news to TSA, adding it will support both PlayStation Move and stereoscopic 3D. The game will also run at 1080p.
Flight Control sees you take the role of an air traffic controller who is tasked with landing an increasing amount of aircraft and helicopters on the respective runways and landing pads. The idea is to successfully land without collision, something which becomes increasingly difficult as time goes on due to the sheer amount of on-screen madness.
The PS3 version will include support for both solo and co-op play with friends, meaning you can control the runways with up to four people supported in a drop-in, drop-out style.
“Multiplayer is insanely fun, you can never be quite sure whether a new player is going to help or hinder your efforts so there tends to be a lot of laughing and jeering,” commented Firemint’s CEO, Rob Murray. “It’s turned Flight Control HD into an extremely social game.”
As well as supporting PlayStation Move, the game will also be compatible with the Dualshock 3
Are you one of those people who has serious doubts about Call of Duty being any good now that Infinity Ward has exploded and developers like Sledgehammer games are jumping into the franchise? Well, don't just bitch about it! Do something! Like get a job at Sledgehammer games and then ensure that their next game is the best Call of Duty EVAR! The developer is being pretty aggressive about hiring as we've seen paid ads popping up on the web recruiting people.
There are plenty of perks for working with a developer like Sledgehammer such as a company sponsored gym pass and onsite building fitness facilities, a kitchen stocked every week with drinks and snacks, a state of the art studio, an extensive health and dental package and a 401k matching plan. I know the gym and food sound awesome, but my old ass would be more excited for the health, dental and 401k.
So what is the down side? It starts with "You're working for" and ends with "Activision."
When The Game Atelier announced The Flying Hamster it was only announced for PSP and maybe mobile phones. It appears that the Paris based developer has bigger plans for their cute ‘em up.
The ESRB rated the game, warning parents about vomiting cats and beer drinking, and leaked other platforms for the game. According to the rating board, The Flying Hamster is also coming to PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Those versions have not been announced at this time.
Square Enix has announced it will be releasing Front Mission 3 on both PlayStation Network and PSP.
The tactical role-playing game first appeared on the original PlayStation in Japan on September 9, 1999, and later in North America on March 22, 2000.
It was the first title in the Front Mission series to be released in North America.
Square are currently readying Front Mission Evolved for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360, so are using this release as a way for fans to reacquaint themselves with a classic game from the series.
No price or date has yet been announced for Front Mission 3
A role-playing game for Ordet Studios’ Japanese animation, Black Rock Shooter, is currently in development. A teaser site has opened for the game, which at this moment only contains small clip teasing what’s to come.

The clip seen on the site, posted below for easy accessibility, contains the following text: “In 2032 A.D., all of humanity is in peril. Before she awakens, she becomes RPG.”

Geoff Keighley of GameTrailers TV may have revealed something of mega-ton caliber on twitter today. It appears as if the next episode of GTTV will be a huge special on the development studio Valve. As we'd all expect, there is sure to be a lot of new unveilings in regard to Portal 2. But Keighley also may have hinted at something that many PS3 owners have been waiting a very long time for.
Now I'll be the one to ask the question; why on earth would there be "Left For Dead 1 and 2 news" when the first game has pretty much run it's course on the 360 and PC? They could be speaking of the inclusion of the first games characters in the second game or even could be adding more DLC to the first game as well as the second, but I'm a bit more optimistic in drawing either one of those as my conclusion. My guess is, this may finally be the announcement of the Left For Dead games on the PS3. This has been speculated for a while now, especially as of late; but I think it's time these rumors all take a turn for reality.
When you think about it, at this point it only makes sense. Valve has jumped through hoops to adapt to and learn the ways of PS3 development, something that they previously voiced an enormous disdain for. They even went as far as having their poster boy and founder, Gabe Newell, come out on stage during Sony's E3 2010 press conference to announce that Portal 2 would not only be hitting the PS3, but that the PS3 version would be the superior version on store shelves. Couple Valve's new found love for the PS3 with the fact that EA is notorious for spreading multi-console love for the sake of the ol' mighty dollar, and I'd say there is a very good chance that we will be seeing Left For Dead 1 and 2 hitting a Blu Ray disc, possibly as early as this holiday.
Swedish online retailer Webhallen.com recently listed GTA V for PC, PS3, & Xbox 360 for pre-order with a 2011 release.
This could easily be brushed off as pure assumption, but the same retailer listed the PS3 GTA IV bundle before it was announced.
Considering Webhallen is a major Swedish retailer, Rockstar could very well have let them in on some retailer information.
Two GTA listings before they’re announced by the same retailer is fairly suspicious, especially with the recent rumors of GTA V being announced soon at a Max Payne 3 event.
What I get from this listing, is that an official announcement is definitely imminent.
All we can do though, is sit back and watch how this pans out.
Check the listing out for yourselves below:
Boom. We’re in Germany to see some bombs drop. So too is DICE. And it too may have an ace up its sleeve.
The Swedish developer has said it has “something great” for gamescom this week, according to Battlefield community lead, zh1nt0.
“As the preparations have been set and the ball is in motion, it’s safe to say we are going to have something great for people this year,” the community manager said.
What that exactly means is unknown, but that sounds a lot like Battlefield 3 talk to us, boy.
We’ll find out tomorrow. Myself, Pat and Keza MacDonald are in Cologne for EA’s press conference.
FEAR 3 is originally scheduled for Fall release this year but unfortunately, the game has been moved to 2011 release.
According to the listing of FEAR 3 on major game retailers, the originally scheduled October 31 has been moved up to April 2011. There is no word as to why there is delay.
We’ll keep you informed on any FEAR 3 news as soon as we get it. For now, FEAR fans can crouch in fear as they patiently wait for Alma’s return in 2011.
