Ayuda! Raspberry Pi 3 B, incapaz de hacer funcionar un Os

Hola a todos!
No puedo instalar NADA en mi Raspberry pi 3B y que funcione, no con una SD clase 10, ni nada, solo e conseguido que funciones con NOOBS o BerryBoot, formateando con SDFormatter o SD Card Formatter e instalando con Win32DiskImager o Etcher. Nada que haga de esta manera me funciona, solo veo pantalla negra en mi TV. llevo una semana ocupando todas mis horas libres leyendo, buscando... hasta e comprado un OS! (Raspand por 7€) y ya no se que hacer.
Como dije solo me a funcionado NOOBS y Berrybot, con el que instalé Ubuntu Mate sin problemas.
Todo lo hago desde Windows 10.
Imploro, suplico!

¿Qué opciones tienes puestas en el config.txt?

Prueba a activar el modo hdmi_safe, irá a 480p pero no debería dar problema si lo que falla es la detección del monitor.

Para activarlo tienes que editar el archivo config.txt y buscar la linea que diga:

# uncomment if you get no picture on HDMI for a default "safe" mode
#hdmi_safe=1

y cambiarla por:

# uncomment if you get no picture on HDMI for a default "safe" mode
hdmi_safe=1

Gracias por tu ayuda, pero no consigo encontrar esa linea en el "config.txt" te pego aquí el contenido de dicho ".txt"
