prueba con esto crea un fichero con esxtensión *.bat , por ejemplo abre el bloc de notas y pegas lo siguiente:

....ahora le das guardar como y le das el nombre "delaspi.bat", lo ejecutas con un doble clic y debería borrarte las aspi, reinicia por si a caso y comprueba que ya no estan con "aspichk.exe" o con el "Nero info tool". Espero que te sea de utilidad.
