Menudos timadores, en la web hay mil botones para cancelar la suscripción y ninguno funciona, siempre da algún error.

Tienes ke llamar al sat y te pediran un monton de datos tuyos para confirmar ke eres tu y luego t empezaran a liar pàra ke no te kites, ke si te dan puntos gratis ke sin live no puedes jugar por internet....

Yo tuve que ir al banco y anular los recibos, me devolvieron la pasta y no me volvieron a pasar ningun mes mas. Un saludo

Ya, si quiero seguir con el live, pero ellos me cobran 60€ por 1 año y por alguna web puedes sacarlo hasta por la mitad.

yo en cuanto lo vi sabia que pasaria estas cosas por eso pase y gaste los 3 meses que tengo cuando es nueva, al final lo barato sale caro y paso de complicarfme por unos euros, siempre te ponen mil pegas pa estas cosas sea la compañia que sea

Each year that your Xbox LIVE membership needs to be renewed and you have a credit card on file with us, we automatically renew the account. We’ve heard from some members that, for a variety of reasons, they’d like the option to turn this off. I am going to show you how to do this in a few easy steps.



* Sign in to Xbox.com and go to the My Account section.
* Click the Membership level link on the left.
* You’ll see a page that has your Membership level, and the end date. Under that, you’ll see your “Automatic Renewal” status.
Step 1
* If it reads ON (like the screenshot above) You can click the ON link and you’ll be brought to next page that will let you switch it on or off. (screenshot)
* Make your selection, then click next.
* You’ll be returned to your Membership level page, where you can confirm your selection (screenshot)

- Ir a nivel de suscripción.
- Si pone "activado" hacer click sobre "activado" y pasaréis a una página donde podréis desactivarlo.

Eso lo sabrás cuando te caduque y no te cobren, que de estos de microsoft te puedes esperar cualquier cosa

Igualmente me tienen que cobrar este mes que tengo ya que me renovaron pero la tarjeta está a 0. Evidentemente, cobran a final de mes. Asi que, cargaré la tarjeta con el importe que me van a cobrar antes de que me acabe la suscripción.

Si me vuelven a renovar los llamo cabreado para que me borren al instante.
