Como aplicar parches.

Hola, quiero tener appmenu en firefox en gentoo.

Bueno no encuentro ningún ebuild con firefox con appmenu de ubuntu, y me pregunto como lo podeia hacer manualmente como el PKGBUILD de Arch.

No se como aplicar los parches a la hora de compilar firefox.

Cual seria la manera de instalar los parches para compilar el programa.
Hubieses usado el hilo de gentoo que fue reabierto recientemente :-|

Sigue las instrucciones de http://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki//etc/portage/patches#Adding_user_patches. Y si, es tan sencillo como crear dichos directorios y colocar los parches allí, portage se encarga del resto.

Solo usa lo del bashrc en caso de que el ebuild de firefox no llegase a soportar lo de epatch_user.
