Diferencia "Zotac 9300-D-E o Zotac 9300-G-E"

En AVSForum me dijeron esto:

G-E has 3 Sata and 1 Esata port and supports Raid 0/1/0+5/5
D-E has 2 Sata and 1 Esata port and supports Raid 0/1

Y esto que no se que es "S3" que parace que repararon ese fallo:

plus they finally fixed the S3 resume bug they never fixed in the 9300-D-E. You should now be able to use S3 mode.

Lo he leído pero me cuadra aún menos, pq en PCComponentes esta la 9300-G-E más barata (3 euros) que la 9300-D-E.
