I found the answer to my question on another forum, thanks to 'emu_kidid' and 'laalaa'...
http://www.tehskeen.com/forums/showt...8858#post18858Sorry for making so many posts one after the other...
emu_kidid was kind enough to PM me the answer to my question..
And the answer was this:
1) Solder both chips in respectively.
2) Buy any electronic switch from a store that has an 'on/off'.
3) Take some kynar wire and solder two wires:
a) Wire I from the 'O' of the word Xeno on the chip to one input on the electronic switch.
b) Wire II from any of the six points that you solder the chip on to another input on the electronic switch.
At that point, it is done...
When you flick the switch one way, the XenoGC will be off and inoperable, which you do to use the Qoob.
When you flick the switch the other way, the XenoGC will be on, making booting into the IPL to have the XenoGC switch on work..
Thanks a lot emu_kidid for the help, it's greatly appreciated...
All thanks go to him for the info and the picture.
This should theoretically work with the other modchips too, besides the Qoob Pro, and you can put the switch on the outside by running the wires through the holes on the side of the machine.

Wire II must go to the point shown in the picture as it is ground.
Also one last thing, you will probably have to not connect the Qoob Pro lidswitch.
I.e. Skip this step:
