Good evening ladies & gentlemen, it is my honour & privilege to declare the Dreamcast Emulation Annual Awards forum open! These awards are the brainchild of impetus, who thought that it might be a good idea to honour & pay respect to the Dreamcast homebrew devving community for all of the hard work & great offerings that they have given us in 2003 by having a celebratory awards ceromony, one that will also include some light-hearted gongs that will highlight some of the happenings on the forums.
