DS TV set to release on Nov 20th and sell for 6,800 yen. Nintendo just started taking pre orders and apparently the server was flooded with people trying to get one. The adapter will receive "one-segment" TV broadcasts, for those wondering, One-segment broadcasting is mainly for mobile devices and digital television broadcasting. The adapter can apparently receive a stable and very clear picture.
DS TV uses both screens, the top screen displaying the TV station, while the bottom screen is used as a menu for settings and channel change. The touch screen is also used for some extra functions such as taking notes, subtitle mode, eye fatigue refresh mode, "barnacle TV", along with watching television for me, "YAN TV" and other features.
