Como puedes ver en ningun sitio dice que sea doble capa-doble cara (dual layer and d-side).
Lo que sí es es grabadora dual (en cuestion de formatos),es decir, que graba tanto DVD-R /W como DVD+R/W
Así que no pienses que tu grabadora es capaz de grabar los futuros dvds de doble capa porque te vas a llevar una desgradable sorpresa
Por otro lado,se publicó no hace mucho la noticia de que pioneer había desarrollado un firmware (entre otros) para que las 106 pudieran grabar este nuevo formato,pero,de momento (y salvo sorpresa mayuscula) no se va a poner a disposición de los usuarios y,ademñas necesita de un software especial (recordemos que,a dia de hoy tampoco hay software para grabar a doble capa) desarrollado por ellos mismos.
