Cine Encoder Es un software que permite la codificacion de video permitiendo mantener los metadatos HDR que posea, al igual que puede editar los metadatos, los archivos de salida son en matroska y puede codificar empleando GPUs de nVidia.

Cine Encoder is an application that allows to convert media files while preserving HDR metadata. NVENC hardware encoding for NVIDIA video cards is also supported for H265 and H264 modes. The program uses FFmpeg, MkvToolNix, and MediaInfo utilities. The program can also be used to change the HDR metadata, such as Master Display, maxLum, minLum, and other parameters. The new version completely redesigned the interface, added batch conversion, two-pass encoding mode and working with presets, added a pause function during conversion. Supported operating system Windows 8.1/10 x86_64. Make sure that the NVIDIA drivers are installed in accordance with the following requirements: Using FFMPEG with NVIDIA.

¿algun otro?
Cuando he visto edición de hdr me pensaba que era un editor de vídeo pero es un enconder, como handbrake, aunque un poco más centrado en el HDR.
Bueno, es que dije un editor de HDR, es decir metadatos y matriz de iluminacion es lo que se puede editar.

En su version 5 vienen cambios interesantes como el agregar soporte al formato de video AV1 usando el encoder en las RTG|AMD Radeon con soporte a AV1. Se agrega la version Portable en windows y tambien se agregan versiones para macos y gnu/linux..
