How do you convert your Weaknesses in to your Strengths?
Well, for example, one of my weakness is that I blind myself when I've to do something and I don't know how to do it properly. But I learnt to take it easy, think properly and do it step by step, with no haste to finally learn how to do it without stress.
Where do you see yourself in X years?
My long term goals involves to stay in a good company where I can continue to learn and contribute as much of value as I can.
Why do you want to work for us?
Well, when I checked the infojob's job offer I saw that your company bets for formation and I'm looking for some company that can give me that work experiencie I don't have.
What can you do for us that someone else can´t?
I'm a person what loves the studies that I studied so I also love the work involved with it and that means I will strive on my work and so many people just search for a job, not a job they love. That's the difference.
What do you find most attractive about this position?
As I said on one of the others questions, I saw your company bets for formation and that's what I'm looking for.
What do you look for in this job?
I look for get new experiences, meet new people, some wind changes.
What do you think is the hardest part of working for people younger/older tan you?
There isn't no hard parts, it's allways good. Working with older people let you get new knowledges from them. About younger people, yeah, maybe they have less experience or knowledges but they're so much motivated.
What motivates you?
To feel fulfilled doing a job that I like.
In your current (last) position, what features do (did) you like the most? The least?
Warehouse operator
The most: it was my first real work experiencie and I also meet very nice people.
The least: it was a very hard job. 8 hours walking with much weight. Was a very stressful work.
What do you think of your boss?
He was professional and a very kind person.
In work schedule he was formal and out of work schedule he was a very great person. He also it's my uncle, so...

Pues es una entrevista para un laboratorio de colorantes de céramica, sector química.Y requerían un año de experiencia, el cual no tengo, ya que trabajo como tal en ese sector solo tengo las prácticas, pero imagino que les debe haber gustado mi cv para aún así llamarme.
De todas formas, me han dicho que ellos ofrecen la formación necesaria.
Me he centrado en esas preguntas porque había alguna palabra que desconocía o algo que quería decir y no sabía exactamente como decirlo. Para el resto de preguntas básicas no creo que tenga problema, siempre puedo irme por las ramas y decirlo de otra forma si no sé como expresarme de la forma más correcta
