You now can hide some of the "techie" info that shows up on the main
XBMP screen by setting to "false" in config.xml. Also, you
now can show which root categories show up (TV Guide, My Music, etc)
by setting the tag to "true" or "false". TV Guide was set
to false by default, so if you use it, turn it back on.
Lang-1.xml updated with tuple 528, Display Name which corresponds
to new TV Guide updates. Also tuples 523-525 have been renamed.

- tvguide: show icons for channels. Just store the .jpg picture for each channel in the local thumbs directory and xbmp will show it
- show markers if program continues 'out of screen'

New tvguide function added. This has added several files. In xbmp's
home dir is listing.xml. The Media dir has 3 new xpr files (tvguide*.xpr).
Lang-1 updated with eight new tuples; 520 through 527. Now, to explain
how to use the TV Guide, here is a paste from the author of this code
