Falafelkid dice q vienen mas Canales Wii de camino

If you haven’t noticed, I have been trying to keep from going rumor crazy these last few months. A few of them pop up from time to time, but in general I have been keeping them locked down. I have heard this latest rumor for the past week now, but just today Falafelkid has posted on these rumors. As you know, I trust his info, so I will go ahead with the rumor.

Rumor has it that more Wii Channels are on the way…secret channels that we don’t know about. Falafelkid doesn’t say that he heard a rumor, he says he has learned of them.

I have learned that there are more Wii channels on the way, other than the ones already announced. As it stands, there are nine in total if you count them all: Disc, Mii, Photo, Forecast, News, Shop, Virtual Console, the Internet Channel and the Message Board.

This fits nicely with what Perrin Kaplan mentioned awhile back. So now we get to take guesses at what these channels are! Thanks to GroovyGuy for the heads up.

Perrin Kaplan, Nintendo of America´s Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Affairs, has confirmed that there are more secrets about Wii. She gave IGN an interview (most likely at the New York Wii event three weeks ago), which only went live recently, as part of their Weekly Episode 28:

IGN: "Do we have any more surprises on the way before launch?"

Kaplan: "We do have a couple of other surprises. You know probably not as big as what you got today, but more details on a couple of different things that I think people... I think your folks will be very pleased about."

So we can still have fun speculating about Wii.
