Electronic Arts officially announced GoldenEye: Rogue Agent for the Nintendo DS this morning. In the similar fashion of the console versions, this game looks to tread new ground as players get the chance to take on the role of a Bond villain. To take advantage of the system's capabilities, the game's HUD (Heads-up-display) will be featured on the touch screen for better interactivity.

"We are thrilled to bring GoldenEye: Rogue Agent to the Nintendo DS and create distinctive new features to benefit from the platform's unique technology," said Jon Dean, Executive Producer at EA Tiburon.
