Gta 3 Multiplayer ( Nuevo Parche )

Hoy ha sido publicada la versión 0.3b del mod MTA (Multi Theft Auto) que nos da la posibilidad de jugar online a uno de los juegos más populares de los últimos años.

Tenemos que recordar que es una beta y que contiene numerosos bugs, pero después de estar probándola un buen rato he de decir que el juego es bastante fluido y que la diversión está asegurada.

En concreto las mejoras de esta versión respecto a las anteriores son:

- Puedes ver a los otros jugadores andando, disparando y conduciendo.
- Modo de juego Death Match por bandas.
- De 6 a 12 jugadores por servidor.
- Soporte para The All-Seeing Eye.

También señalar que este mod esta optimizado para la versión 1.1 del Gta3.

Además están trabajando para la versión 0.4 que traerá más novedades como otros modos de juego "Capture The Whoopie" o "Speed" (este último basado en la película del mismo nombre), y paralelamente también están trabajando para la versión online del Gta Vice city.

Para descargarte el mod (son solo 5 megas) tienes que ir a la sección de downloads de su Pagina oficial .

Oyes! a mi me da un error de SERVER FULL ERROR (Esta vacio xD) que tengo que hacer???Esta totalmente vacio y me da ese error en todos los servers..ays que mala suerte tengo :D

Yo tb vi esa noticia en media vida,y no logro hacerlo jugar,con el ALL SEEING EYE pincho en un server pero empieza a salir cosas pero no arranca el juego...y si lo hag eecutando el MOD pos pongo el ip pero n sale nada,solo el juego y ya esta.
ojala me fuera rapido con las ganas k tengo de jugar i lo tengo desde k salio i todavia no e podido jugar. [triston]

haber si hacen la release para el Vice City, porque a mi el GTA3 me va a pedales (sin ablar del parche pa el Xp...) y el Vice City con muxo mejores graficos y mayor resolucion me va perfecto (como se nota que optimizaron lo suyo [beer] ), cuando lo saken ahi stare el 1º :-)

What is MTA?
MTA or Multi Theft Auto is the worlds first multiplayer mod for GTA3.

Who is building MTA?
MTA is build by a team of vaulunteers. Development was started by IJsVogel and slowly started the team to grow. You can find all team members by clicking Team in the nav. bar.

Are you guys being payed by Rockstar?
No, everything we do, we do as vaulunteers. We are not receiving money from Rockstar or any other sponsor.

How many players are supported?
At this moment MTA supports up to 32 players, but this is never been tested. We recommend no more then 10 to 12 players per server.

Do I need GTA3 and does it have to be version 1.1?
Yes, it is a mod, not a complete game. Version 1.1 is not required, but strongly recommended.

What is ASE?
ASE is server browsing software much like GameSpy. It can be downloaded from http://www.udpsoft.com.

For now the only game mode included is TDM.

Can I use this if I use NAT or a router?
Yes u can. But you need to open a port. The standard port is 2003. It is possible a server uses another port. Check it in ASE.
As for the server. U can specifie the port u want to use in the config file. U also need to open another port (the set port +123) for ASE reporting.

Can I play on a serverering computer?
Yes you can, this is the reason why we didn't include a server in the client. Type in the IP of your own PC or use 127.0.0.1

May I use mods/skins?
We prefer to play without other mods. If you want to use mods make sure these mods are installed on all computers on that server!
You can use custom skins, but they will not be visible for the other players.

Can I play on a LAN?
Yes u can, just start a dedicated server and disable ASE reporting.

No u can not. At this moment we are looking into the possibility to build a mod for Vice City.

Why are there no ped/traffic?
We haven't been able to synchronize them and therefore left them out of the game for now.

The servers have no kick function, but they do have a ban function. So u can be banned from the server!

I get a runtime error, what is it?
Runtime errors are conflicts in our code which make MTA fail.
error 126 : this occurs with Win98 users, download the patch in our downloadsection.
error 10054 : connection reset by remote side : this means the server went down, connect to another server.
other errors : we have no solution for them at this moment. We are verry sorry but are doing our best to solve them.

I am alone in the game!
This could have various causes. It could be due to high lag or due to an error in the game. We hope to find a final solution ASAP .

Can I get past those damn credits?
Yes you can, if you see the credits looping, it means your client didn't find a game header. Click on the "send game request" button in MTA.

How come my car is driving itself?
Someone else stepped in your car and started driving it. For an unknown reason the cars are not locked.

Why do I die in my car?
When the car is almost destroyed u don't see flames like in single player. When the car explodes you die and end up on the hotel roof where u can choose ur team.

When I try tostart MTA it starts the Setup again!
You have saved the setup in your GTA3 folder. The setup therefore can not place the client in that folder. Place your setup in another folder or rename it.
