sorry, I have read something about a runUMD, but didn´t understand very well.

It's easy. You have to use a program called Run UMD (if you want to play GTA:LCS download the version v0.01.01a )
First run the program and instert the UMD you want to play. Then press Square and the program will extract some files from the UMD and finally you only have to press Cross to play the game.
