Cuando me disponia a reclamar por tercera vez a Play.com,me he dado cuenta que me han mandado un correo,alguien me podria mas o menos decir lo que pone,es que me termino perdiendo,jejejeje.
Es este:

Dice algo asi como que perdone las molestias por no haberme llegado el pedido,y que si mas adelante recibo el pedido que se perdio,que me ponga en contacto con ellos mediantes esos numeros d tlfn??
