Thank you for preordering Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory from the NISA Online Store. We are very grateful for the support that you have shown!
Unfortunately, there has been a small delay that will affect not only our Online Store orders, but all retailers that are carrying Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory. This delay will change the release date from Tuesday, March 12th 2013 to Thursday, March 21st 2013.
Since the release date of this fun title, March 21st, is a little less than a month away, we were hoping to give you a friendly reminder to check your shipping and billing information at your earliest convenience. This is to make sure that your addresses and payment information is correct and up to date! We want your order to arrive to you safely!
You can review your order information by logging into your NISA Online Store account. Your order history is accessible through the "MY ACCOUNT" page of our Online Store. If you did not set up a permanent customer account with us, then please check the confirmation e-mail that was sent to your e-mail inbox after your order was placed for your shipping information.
All address-related problems should be submitted to storesupport@nisamerica.com with the subject line reading "Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory Address Update". This will help minimize the time required for us to locate your request and update these orders!
Also, please be aware that your account may be billed starting on March 15th for any order that contains Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory. The billing is done before the release date to help resolve as many payment issues that may occur as possible! By doing this, we are able to ship our orders much faster! If we are unable to charge your order during the billing period, we will be sure to contact you immediately to work on getting the billing issue corrected for your order. If you have any need to be billed at an earlier or later date, let us know and we will be sure to assist you as best we can!
Also, another small note: Your order's status will still show the "Pending Fulfillment" status after we bill your account. This status will only change to "Billed" once your order has been shipped.
