Greetings from Amazon.co.uk,
We're writing to let you know that we are having difficulty processing
your Visa (exp. XXXX) for the above transaction.
We will try charging your credit card again shortly. It is not necessary
to place a new order, but you may want to review the payment information
for your order and make sure it is correct and current.
To do this:
1. Go to our home page (
http://www.amazon.co.uk) then click "Your Account" on the
top right menu.
2. Click "Go" next to "Open and recently dispatched orders" in the
"Where's My Stuff" box.
3. After you sign in, you will see all your current open orders. You can
click the "View or change order" button beside any order and make changes.
4. Click "Change" button in the "Payment Information" box beside "Payment
Method." At this point, you may review your current payment method, choose
a different payment method, or enter a new one if the card number has been
changed.
Once you have entered your payment card details by editing the payment
method on one of your open orders, the card will be registered with your
account, but "not" associated to any other open order in your account; you
will need to view each "open order" separately and update payment card of
any other open order you wish to pay for with this card.
Note that your credit/debit card number cannot be edited but the expiry
date and/or cardholder name can be amended. If the credit/debit card
number needs to be edited, enter it as a new one.
Thank you for shopping at Amazon.co.uk.
