've checked our records and see that your order ******** has not yet dispatched from our fulfilment centre as there's been an unexpected delay in receiving "Injustice: Gods Among Us: Collector's Edition (Xbox 360)" from our suppliers.
Please rest assured that you have not been charged for this order.
When you place an order with Amazon.co.uk or on Amazon.co.uk Marketplace, we contact your payment card's issuing bank to confirm that your card has a valid number, and has not been reported as lost or stolen. This is communicated via a full authorisation for the amount of the purchase. However, we don't actually proceed with the charge. This is simply one of the security measures that we use to protect our customers.
Your bank is holding this extra authorisation on your card. Some banks have been known to hold these authorisations for 7-10 business days, and you will need to contact your bank if you wish to have this authorisation removed sooner.
I'm sorry to say that payment for this order is currently on hold pending payment. It may be that your issuing bank has declined a charge. A bank won't inform us why they've declined a card, they simply reject the charge when we seek approval.
