Hace dos dias me mandaron este mail por el tema del vat el cual reclame en amazon, creeis que con esto me solucionaran el problema o tengo que volver a insistir, no lo puedo hacer por el chat por que no me aparece por ningun lado.

The order is in the dispatch process at the moment, so I am unable to make any changes to it. Once the order dispatches, I will check to ensure you have only been charged 30.76 GBP. If the charge is higher, I will refund the difference.
