Yo tb tenia la del formula 1. y me lo han resembolsado.
Les he enviado otro correo explicando que a algunos les han bajado el precio y les han puesto el vat para que quede como si no tuviera vat.
A ver que me dicen...de momento los mamones ya me han subido el precio a la reservas poniéndola a su precio normal con vat

el dia del fallo de amazon, yo tambien reserve el fifa 12 el battlefield 3 y el f1 2011 para ps3.
el problema vino cuando cancele el fifa 12 y el f1 que tenia reservados en sendit.com, porque no pudieron cancelar el f1, y entonces tuve que cancelarlo en amazon

pero cuando lo cancele, me aumentaron el precio (vamos me pusieron el vat), podria reclamarlo? muchas gracias ;)

si puedes por chat mejor,pq hablas con ellos en persona y sobretodo metiendoles caña, que eso es ilegal, que tu hiciste el pedido bajo un precio, y que ese precio no te lo pueden incrementar,solo bajar, lo tienen como norma, y menos sin avisar, y que lo del VAT no es obligatorio cobrarlo,ya que en españa hay dias sin IVA muchas veces. y que les puede caer 1 paquete.

Como ,por lo que decian en el post de Dark souls, parece que este juego en la versión pal/uk va a venir sin sub en español, querria preguntaros la tienda más barata para comprarlo en versión pal/esp.

Entras en help, contact us, seleccionas el pedido y luego ya la opcion que debes poner es incorrect charge o algo asi.
Por ahora mis 3 pedidos siguen con su precio original, espero que todo siga así y no cambien ni me cobren de más [ayay]
Es gracioso por que en Amazon.com si que me sale el chat, pero en la versión de UK no... creo que les acabaré enviando un mail exponiendoles la situación.

Yo tambien tengo 3 preorders y siguen sin VAT. El primero que me cobraran será el del FIFA. Creo que me meteran el VAT sin previo aviso y tocará reclamar. Aunque confio en que me devuelvan el dinero.

Yo viendo que están devolviendo lo que cobraron de más cancelaré mi reserva del Dark Souls antigua y dejaré la nueva que son 6 libras menos. Pero tu te has puesto en contacto con ellos antes de que te subieran el precio metiendole el VAT. O ya te lo habían metido y te has puesto en contacto con ellos? Es que yo tengo hecho un Pre-order y todavía no le han metido el VAT, y no se que hacer, si ponerme en contacto ya, o esperar o que le metan el VAT.
Por cierto a mi la opción del Chat me sigue sin aparecer...
Yo estoy en el mismo caso, en el preorder del Battlefield aun no me han puesto el VAT. Que hago entonces? Espero o hablo con ellos avisandoles de que no me cobren el VAT?

Para ti i para nolo88, yo me he avanzado a que me lo cambien, yo solo he conseguido abrir chat entrando desde un terminal iOS. Probad si tenéis un móvil con android o iOS y intentadlo.

No me enviaron ningun mail me actualizaron directamente los pedidos XD
Pues yo abrí un chat con ellos y lo único que he conseguido es que me modifiquen los pedidos y les sumen el VAT [carcajad] Le he dicho que no estaba conforme y me han dicho que "lo sentimos pero estamos obligados a cobrar el VAT" y no he podido avanzar más... luego hablaré con otro a ver.
Alguien sabe como funciona el chat?¿ me meto varias veces al día, pero no me aparece la pestaña (en amazon.com si). También he probado desde el iphone, pero al contrario que un compañero del foro ni aun así.

Tampoco es tan chollo como el cambiazo del GOW ya que tienes que entregar un juego que quizá te den 10€ en el Game con lo que serian 50 +10 del juego que das 60€ por el fifa 12.
Creo que podremos conseguir mejor precio.
En Carrefour con la reserva te descuentan 10€ y sin dar juego a cambio..
Si fuera con el F1 a 39,90 sería otro cantar.

Quizás solamente aparezca seleccionando según qué cosas en los desplegables. Yo he entrado así:

Help > Contact Us > An order I placed > Problem with an order > Incorrect charge

Hablé con otro agente y me dijo que no podía cobrarme menos. Le dije que me parecía inaceptable que me cobraran más sin avisar y me dijo que "estamos enviando la notificación de error a todos los afectados" y que "en ningún caso podemos cobrar el precio erróneo".

A por el tercero? [carcajad]

La verdad es que por 6 libras están quedando muy mal...
Ya hago todo eso pero nada, definitivamente como alguien decía antes, algunos son VIP en amazon.

Pues yo he tenido "suerte" y he podido hablar con dos personas, muy correctas y espero que legales. Lo digo porque me han dicho que sí que hubo un error y han mirado y me han cargado el VAT pero que cuando me envíen los juegos me ponga otra vez en contacto con ellos y me devolverán el VAT. Osea que ellos necesitan cargarte el VAT correcto en la factura pero que luego me lo devolverán por tema del fallo ese que hubo.
Me han dicho que ellos tienen anotado eso en sus ordenadores. Espero que así sea.
Las dos personas con las que he hablado me han dicho lo mismo.

A cada uno le dicen una cosa diferente. A ver quien es el siguiente que le han dicho otra cosa.

Yo sinceramente me he puesto en contacto ahora y no después de que lo cobren por 3 motivos, para empezar porque estoy mala y me aburro ahora mismo sin poder hacer nada [carcajad], en segundo lugar porque prefiero que me cobren menos y no que luego me devuelvan el dinero (o no) y en tercer lugar porque una vez tenga el Dark Souls no pienso perder ni 1 segundo de juego en nada que no sea imprescindible [sonrisa]

Yo espero que cumplan lo que me han dicho y no me lo hayan dicho solo para que me callara la boca.
A mi de momento los pre-order siguen igual, con lo cual si no lo corrigen y te cobran de mas es un delito.
Todo el santo día intentando que me apareciese el famoso "chat" y nada... Me han respondido a los 2 e-mail con el mismo texto generalizado, que de poco me sirve. Mantengo la reserva del Battlefield 3 por el tipo de envio, pero como vea una oferta que merezca la pena. (Por 2 euros no me arriesgo a que tarde 15-20 días o "se pierda" en correos)
Mi caso es el siguiente: Yo reserve fifa12 y el battlefield3 para ps3 en amazon.uk el día del error, en los e-mails que me mandaron el precio estaba sin el VAT y de momento no me han mandado ningun e-mail diciendome que me van a subir el precio. Que deberia hacer? ponerme en contacto con ellos mañana para ver que va a pasar o esperarme a ver si no m e lo cobran y si me lo cobran reclamarles? Es que si tienen intencion de cobrarme el VAT prefiero cancelar los pedidos y coger los juegos en otras tiendas mas baratas. Me podeis ayudar?? Gracias
Chavales, no os comáis el tarro. Hablad y sed educados. A mi me funcionó. Decidles que reservásteis el juego y que tenéis el mail de confirmación a un precio. Y si os dicen que lo mantienen les dices que gracias por la atención pero que vas a cancelar la reserva. Ya está.
