Os llevó siguiendo bastante tiempo y esta es la primera vez que comento, yo también soy uno de los afectados por el Astral de Amazon.de. Conseguí que me rebajara el precio al del primer pedido con este e-mail al "costumer service".

I´m contacting you due to the prize of the product is higher than the order I made #304-1227447-xxxxxxx with date 02/07/2019, and that Amazon.de cancelled on 07/07/2019 because it run out of stock. I think it´s not correct to cancel an order because of a lack of stock, and then change the prize five days later, resulting on a more expensive order of the same product and the same seller.
Order #304-1227447-xxxxxxx : 60,71€ (or less)
Order #304-6462872-xxxxxxx : 91,50€
Taking the above explained into consideration, I´m asking to maintain the original prize of the product at the moment the first order was made (02/07/2019).
If this request is not attended, I´ll escalate this issue to the European Consumer Centre.
