Buenos días

Me escribo en este foro porque tengo un portátil nuevo de 64 bits con Windows 10 enchufado la impresora en el puerto USB y me la reconoce la pongo como predeterminada y abro un documento pincho archivo imprimir y me pone estado SIN CONEXIÓN.
La página oficial de hp no tiene los drivers para ese sistema operativo.
El modelo de la impresora es HP deskjet 5550 series.
Tengo los controladores actualizado los que vienen incorporados con el Windows.
Si haceis el favor me podeis dar alguna solución para solucionar el problema y hacerla que funcione

Si hay alguna persona que sepa hacer los drivers de ese modelo de impresora se lo agradecería.
Desde hace casi 10 años los procesasdores de PC son de 64bit.

Como sea, el controlador de windows 7/8 deberia funcionar, quiza hasta el de windows vista.


HHhhmmm... pues si que es una antiguedad, desde el 2003 ¿no seria momento ya de jubilarlo?

Asi de momento se me ocurrecrear una maquina virtual con windows XP y desde ahi instalar el controlador e imprimir.
