Aunque puedes escribirles en castellano, pq lo hice.
De hecho los estube mareando, ahora inglés luego castellano, así todo el rato.
En un de los mails puse:

My Order number is 10000205x and 2 days ago I saw in my bank account that I made a payment of 70$ (I supposed that it was for de Matrix Xbox Chip) But when I went to tracking status I saw that my card Status is processing yet!!!

Después la señorita Claudia ( la que responde los mails que van a
shipping@easybuy.com) me dijo que preguntase a europa para saber cuando me enviarían mi pedido (cuando aun ponia lo de mi targeta en processing) y les dije:

Claudia says me that ask you about the exact day of my shipment.

But I want to know why is my credit card status in processing status, because I made the payment more than 3 days ago (In my bank account there aren’t 70$, that I suppose It’s for the product I bought you.
If I made the payment it should be in accepted status, not in processing.
