Volvemos a la estrategia pura y dura:
In an e-mail interview conducted for our just-posted preview of Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom, game director Henry Lee of developer Blueside confirmed to 1UP that another, more traditional Kingdom Under Fire sequel is in development.
"We are currently working on a 'traditional' real-time strategy sequel to The Crusaders, as well," said Lee, referring to the first Kingdom Under Fire title released for the original Xbox. Later in the interview, he confirmed that the "project is in the works as we speak."
Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom, coming to Xbox 360 next month, eschews the action/strategy troop-leading hybrid constructed for The Crusaders and its 2005 follow-up, Heroes, in favor of a Gauntlet-inspired action RPG experience. Lee told us that Circle of Doom is focused on "appealing to a broader, more casual" audience, and that the ultimate goal is to spin the title off into a separate franchise that can coexist alongside the more traditional Kingdom Under Fire titles.
For more on the genesis of Circle of Doom and the future of both (intended) franchises, check out the full preview of Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom, which is due out in North America on January 8.
Vamos viene a decir que se esta desarrollando una secuela del KUF: Crusades, asi confirmando el desarrollo del mismo ( en una entrevista con 1up )el titulo original salio en XBOX.
