Siento ponerlo aqui, pero prefiero esto a abrir un post nuevo, y como se que teneis experiencia pues lo comento a ver.
Hace mas de un mes pedi un metal gear a play.com, y pasados 21 dias no me llego. Pedí un reenvio y lo aceptaron, pero tampoco me llego. He vuelto a reclamar y me han enviado una carta en la cual dicen varias cosas como que tengo que firmar una carta y enviarla, pero no acabo de entender si tiene que ser antes o despues de recibir el juego. A ver si me pueden ayudar, gracias.
