What it does:
-Reloads .dol file using any existing .dol file that supports the PSOLoad v2.0a (must be loaded with PSOLoad v2.0a!)
-Streams image files (.GCM, .ISO) using either S3 loader versions based on the original ACL, or the new S3 GCSim loader.
-Supports 100mbps streaming in earlier versions of S3 loaders (except 1.0b and mgsl, since they reset the BBA).
-utility.dol is included in the .zip archive for setting the BBA to 100mbps and triggering the PSOLoad v2.0a reload function.
What it does NOT do:
-Error correction for dropped packets (may be developed in a later version???).
-Upload .dol files (it reloads ONLY in this version).
-Unpack any .dol loader or PSOLoad executable. If you don't have the loaders and can't use PSOLoad to load them then you wouldn't
get much use from a program like this anyway.
-Change the IP of the .dol loader file. Anyone can do that in about 2 minutes with a hex editor.
