Me han robado la cuenta,Ayuda!!

Hola,estoy intentando conectarme con mi cuenta,pero me dice que la cuenta ha sido robada y no puedo recuperarla por falta de datos?? :-? .
Ahora que?? todo lo que tengo en la cuenta ya no sirce para nada.
Ayuda please.
