So, the deal is, ATRAC3 can be put on PSP Memory Sticks, but only if they are non-Pro models (this is common to this format, for no good reason) and only on MagicGate Sticks (which is probably what you should buy anyway, even though games don't need MG.) SonicStage is the preferred app for transferring these types of files. So far, OpenMG hasn't worked, but we only have a Pro stick here, and the application did not recognize our system, so we'll try to get some more testing done on that -- for now, it's not happening, but there has to be at least half a solution to this that works for ATRAC3 users.
