Mi PC se bloquea y se paraliza

Lo comentaré por puntos, la cuestión es que el ordenador me va de maravilla, pero cuando inicio, cada cierto tiempo se congela totalmente (suele pasarme más a menudo cuando descargo algo).

-He pasado mi antivirus (avast) y no ha encontrado nada
-La temperatura de mi PC es normal
-Limpié registro
-le pasé también el Malwarebytes y nada.

Ayuda por favor.

Prueba a desinstalar el Chrome, a mi, vete a saber porque me pasaba lo mismo, reinstale el SO, probe XP, Windows 7, Windows 8... de todo, al final, desinstale el Chrome y problema resuelto.
Si lo del chrome no te lo ha solucionado yo tiraria por hardware
¿tienes posibilidad de probar otra fuente de alimentacion?
