modchip Wiiva

Team Avalaunch, the homebrew Xbox hackers who created a popular dashboard replacement have announced their newest project - Wiiva. This is their first ever mod and it is coming for the Wii. It supports most of the modern features you'd expect from a Wii DVD drive mod and they will include a few perks such as pre-tinned wires.

We are proud to announce our newest project: Wiiva. Yes, we are now making our first modchip, and it is for the Nintendo Wii! It has all of the great features you would expect from a chip from us, as well as a few more! Features include, but are not limited to:

- Support for all regions
- Upgradeable via DVD
- Direct boot of Wii and GC disks
- Stealth mode
- And a few perks that many other "penny pinching" chip makers don't feel they need to include such as Pre-tinned wires (no more running to the electronics store after buying your chip to get wire) and double sided tape!

Sure, they aren't super flashy, but when you sit down to install your chip and have everything you need right there, you'll be glad you made this choice.

We are also now looking for a GC Developer. If you think you have what it takes, and you would be interested in joining us on this project, please send an email to GCDev@teamavalaunch.com. Be sure to include what skills you possess so that you don't get overlooked. All other mail will be ignored.

Be sure to visit our official Wiiva homepage for a full feature list, and more information!
