Neo geo multisistema

Por favor se me ha presentado la oportunidad de un Neo geo japonesa con RGB y necesito saber si en una tele PAL multisistema funciona a la velocidad original y sin franjas tanto con cartuchos japoneses como USA y PAL, por que son multiregión verdad?????.
Estaria muy agradecido si alguien puede ayudarme, gracias.

Precisamente un amigo mio se ha pillado en ebay una neogeo de cartucho PAL y la hemos puesto a prueba,SE COME TODOS LOS CARTUCHOS,ya sean japoneses,americanos o PAL,es universal,lo que pasa es que adapta los juegos a la version de la consola,me explico.La consola es PAL y al meterle el Samurai Spirits II(titulo de la version japonesa) en la pantalla de titulo aprarece Samurai Shodown II(titulo de la version americana y europea),tambien al meterle el Raguy(Blue's Journey en Japón) en la pantalla de titulo aparece Blue's Journey que es como se llama en america y europa ¿me entiendes?,el juego se adapta a la region a la que pertenece la consola,ya sea japones,americano o PAL,por lo tanto si te pillas la japonesa (que yo no me lo pensaria 2 veces,ya estas tardando)cada vez que le metas un juego,ya sea PAL,japones o americano te saldrá en japones.Como te he dicho antes la NeoGeo se traga todas las regiones pero en tu caso cartucho que le pongas cartucho que te saldrá en japones.

Precisamente estamos buscando por internet alguna manera de que a mi colega con la consola PAL les salgan todos los juegos en japones,ya sea modificando algo en la placa o teniendo que cambiar el chip de la BIOS,si me puedes echar una mano tu te lo agradeceria,si por casualidad has visto documentacion sobre esto te agradeceria que me pasaras la direccion.

Respecto a lo de la bios yo no tengo ni idea pero buscando por ahi encontre esto en los foros de Neo-geo.com no se si te servira

So, anyone have the debug bios files?!? I really want to get my hands on those.

thanks,nick,I'm going to try mod my mvs...but first I need to find out if my bios is the plug in type,but I need all the information now,I got a couple of friends with access to an eprom writer so hopefully with there help I'll be playing my carts in jap home mode!

Esos posts son sobre la debug bios de neogeo, sólo valen para probarla con emuladores, y te dan acceso a ciertas partes del cartucho reservadas a desarrolladores...en el mslugX te dejan acceder a las famosas fases secretas, y creo, que en el KoF 96 te permiten desbloquear movimientos de desesperación ocultos para casi todos los personajes...saludos...
