New PSP Dates For Japan
Some good news, some bad news.
By Anoop Gantayat
January 23, 2005 - A couple of Japanese PSP release dates have come our way via sources in Japan. There's some good news and some bad news.
First, bad news. Well, it's only bad if you're one of the exactly two gamers out there who are into train simulators. Publisher Ongakukan reveals that Mobile Train Simulator + Densha De Go! Tokyo Keikyu-hen will now see release some time in February. No reason was given for the delay, although an apology was offered at the company's website. The game was originally scheduled for release later this week.
Onto the good news, although it's only good because it lessens the impact of some former bad news. Japanese game site Gpara.com reveals that Konami's Ys VI: The Ark of Napishtim will now see Japanese PSP release in March. The title, originally scheduled for release later this week, was recently pushed back to an undisclosed date in the future. The March time frame suggests a release close to the PS2 version's March 10 release.
We'll have more on both titles in the near future.
