This is the hacked default.xbe posted earlier by "Sanatas" as "Black Edition" .xbe.
Please read below for more infos on the HACKED/BLACK EDITION thing.
For some people don't seem to know how to use a hex editor I patched the default.xbe to every language available:
danish, dutch, finnish, french, german, italian, polish, spanish, swedish
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
I tried all language files and they worked fine, however make sure you KEEP THE ORIGINAL DEFAULT.XBE so you can change back in case there's a problem.
USAGE:

Just choose the appropriate file, rename it to "default.xbe" and overwrite the old default.xbe.
So if you have the game on HDD, connect via FTP to the XBOX, browse to the game folder and replace the file.
If you want to burn a DVD, extract the nfsmw-wam.iso with a PC-ISO-utility like "Qwix" (recommended).
Then change the default.xbes and convert it back to iso (again with "Qwix").
Burn with preferred program (NERO, etc.). Have fun!
WHAT HAS BEEN DONE:

All the languages are included in the game, but are sort of locked and cannot be changed in the game itself. English is the standard language.
So you simply have to change the entry "ENGLISH.BIN" in the default.xbe with the language file you prefer.
Open any hex editor (HexWorkshop, etc.), search for "ENGLISH.BIN" and replace with e.g. "SPANISH.BIN".
Some entries have different letter counts. ENGLISH.BIN counts 11 letters, DUTCH.BIN for example only 9.
So make sure to set the redundant letters to "00" in the hex view.
SOME NOTES TO THE HACK:

As "Obie" stated, this is NOT THE BLACK EDITION!
It's just a hacked default.xbe which allows you to ride 10 more bonus cars in quick race and includes an extra challenge.
The cars are: Camaro '67, BMW M3 GTR, Supra, Lotus Elise, Porsche 911 GT2, Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG, Corvette C6, Mercedes-Benz SL 500, Porsche 911 Carrera S and Corvette C6.R
The genuine "Black Edition" seems to have more cars, more challenges and special vinyls, parts, etc.
But whereever this hack came from and whatever it may be or not, it's quite nice being able to ride the bonus cars. Love the Camaro
