Nikitova Games anuncia CCTV y Mind Games (Wii / DS)

CCTV

Jon Hare, Nikitova Games' Director of Development, describes this as the first truly original game he has been able to design since the 1990s, those heady days of Sensible Soccer and Cannon Fodder. It is currently being courted by a number of publishers and is due for release around Christmas 2008.

In this game the plays the role of a security guard using CCTV and cop cars to catch petty criminals and most wanted criminals alike as he travels the world finding suspects and nailing them in this fast paced game of observation, identification & interrogation.

Starting as a lowly shopping mall guard, the player can rise to International head of security as he travels the worlds most famous shops and art galleries scrutinizing car parks, trains and airports in a bid to capture the thieves, smugglers, vandals and other low life littering the world's streets and bang them to rights.

The game has been designed specifically for the Nintendo Wii & DS to play as either a single player, as two players co-operatively or as 2 players competitively against each other.

The depth of this simple game idea is quite frightening and the art and sound are stylish and amusing as one would expect from such a game

Mind Games

Due for release next year, this game is a brain training style game with a scientific twist as it is endorsed by a Professor of Neurological Psychology at Cambridge University.

Mind Games is a selection of 21 mini games based upon the Cambridge Neuropsychological Test Automated Battery (CANTAB) of computeribrainzed tests used in science and medicine in 500 institutes and hospitals in 50 countries worldwide, to analyze the performance and activity of various areas of the brain

Just like CANTAB, Mind Games provides mental challenges in the areas of concentration, learning and memory, as well as analyzing executive functions such as planning problem solving and strategic working memory. Mind Games will use the results of the games you play to analyze the performance of your brain in a scientifically proven way.

It has been proven that keeping your mind active with mentally challenging activities as you age can help to increase resilience and reduce the risk of cognitive impairment.

Mind Games is being developed for both Nintendo Wii and DS, allowing one or two players of any age to have fun while they are learning.

Me parece que será para DS.

No se que pensar, vale que los primeros juegos de brain training y english trainin triunfaran en ds, pero esto ya es pasarse. Ya mismo tendremos desde head training hasta foot training >_<
